Robert provided services and was very passive aggressive about being inconvenienced when letting him know that he needed to pick up a key at the property management office to complete this service request

Very poor service after sign up. Talking to a real person on the phone is next to impossible.

Worst provider in the valley! Overpriced and slow. Charge you $100+ for service install and all they do is plug it in! They also charge you for the router or make you rent it for an additional $15 on top of your bill.
