As a business owner I had an issue with my work truck.I had an angle on the wheel start loosing and I found out I have to go and fix it immediately because it's can be danger.I go to GCR ( like i did before with my other vehicles ) and told them idk what is the issue but something is wrong with my truck.I told them it's my work truck and I can't leave it.They told me to show up first in the morning the next day and they took care of it and fixed everything better than brand new.I'm happy with the service I got. The price , response and the professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have used this place for multiple oil changes and I’ve gotten new tires here before as well. Today I got my oil changed and when I got back in my car the fender panel was rubbing on the door. So I took it back and the shop manager was a huge tool. Didn’t believe me that it wasn’t catching before, then he bent the panel out away from my car so it now it isn’t flush with the door anymore. Didn’t take any responsibility. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go to this store.Service: Oil change

The technicians went above and beyond to ensure all my tire sensors were all reset and the computer in my truck didn't throw codes. I appreciate the extra time and attention they took!

Needed an alignment in a hurry, everyone was booked weeks out. Bought 2 new tires because Big O Tires screwed up the alignment twice. Got me in and out the door in an hour. Excellent service, alignment is correct. Highly recommend.

I was more than satisfied with the service on my motor home. BUT, they quoted a price on new tires "out the door" but added $25/ tire to put them on. Be careful, everywhere I have done business for 73 years out the door meant TOTAL,but not here. Felt scammed.

These guys are great with any front end problem. I've taken multiple vehicles there. Some with recurring front end and brake issues that other mechanics were unable to resolve. They've always fixed them the first time and at a very reasonable cost.Service: Steering & suspension repair
