Grand Junction storeI had arranged for someone to come evaluate for new countertops. I was told the first visit would be virtual. Fine, I had all the measurements ready for our 1:00 meeting today. At 1209 Tim calls to say he never received my measurements. I said I was never told to provide them to anyone. He said it was in the email. I advised him that the email I received states this:1. ...gather ideas...budget 60-90 minutes...2. "On the day of your appointment, your consultant, Timothy Kliewer, will arrive wearing a Home Depot apron and badge......3. Your design consultant will bring product samples....So you tell me where in this email does it say to measure the countertops yourself and call a guy? How professional is that? How do you know I'm measuring correctly?! I had to YouTube it! I told Tim that I was not impressed with this process and he says, "Well I'm in Fort Collins so..."Great, I'm calling LOWES.This was for an entire kitchen remodel by the way. Never again Home Depot.

Parking lot is a nightmare. Seems whenever I am there, whatever I am looking for is generally blocked by a large set of orange stairs. Shelves are consistently empty but if you look up above there is plenty of stock on hand. Staff are, for the most part, miserable to be there as well. My latest irrigation project had me at both Lowes and Home Depot to gather all correct, quite common fittings. True Value from here on out, at least I know I can expect that the items are stocked and a friendly associate will assist if required.

I appreciate the huge selection they have. The issue I have is that I personally feel they should spend more time on employee training. Nice people just probably not as knowledgeable as they should be.

I purchased an appliance package on 10/15/2022, it consisted of Range, refrigerator, dishwasher and over the rage microwave. I paid for installation of the water supply line to the fridge, the installation of the range cord and the installation of the dishwasher. Delivery was scheduled for 10/20/2022. When the delivery guys arrived it took them 30min to figure out what they were doing. Once they figured it out they brought in all of the appliances. The plugged in the fridge and said that they wouldn't install anything else. Once the left I called Home Depot, John Blazer advised they didn't know why didn't install the appliances and they couldn't get a hold of them. John promised me that their other contractor would call me that afternoon or the next morning. I waited till 1pm on 10/21 for a call. I called back to the Home Depot and John was no longer of help because he had the day off and told no one of my situation. So then I asked to speak to a manager above him so I spoke to Matt, the only thing Matt said was "I'm sorry, I understand". He then proceeded to let me know that Mike (the other contractor) would call me. Mike called me on 10/21 and advised me that he would call me 10/24 to schedule install of the appliances. That's a total of 4+ days of not having a fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave. Mind you I have 2 kids and I am handicapped also.

I am so pleased that Home Depot truly appreciates my business. After some confusion on an order, Doug in Doors/Millworks clearly cared about remedying the problem and went way above and beyond to solve it. Store Manager James was extremely helpful and made sure everything was good before we left. In a world of hard-to-find customer service, especially in big corporations, it's great to know my business is appreciated and folks take pride in their work. Well done Home Depot, Grand Junction Team!

Went in for a new ceiling fan. Found the one we wanted but it was not on the self. Checked the app and it said they had 34 in stock. After wondering trying to find someone we found a gentlemen who reluctantly came over to climb the ladder to find one. After 30 seconds of scanning he said the system must be wrong. I went to customer service and got someone else. A nice young woman came with me, went up the ladder and found it after looking for a few minutes of ACTUALLY trying to help us.

bought $600 + in blinds. Ordered 3-7-22, rec'd 5-13-22. Installed 2 days later. 6-3=22, 1 string broke on the pull up on 1 blind. On the web site cannot access the complaint dept...It would be nice if it could be accessed as it's a 35+ mile drive one way to make a complaint....any one else have problems like this?

Cathleen and Collette at the Pro checkout are always so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful every time I go in. Also would like to mention the lady in the lighting aisle that helps me find the perfect lights and fixtures and provides helpful recommendations so my fiancé is happy! These ladies deserve raises and provide excellent customer service. Maybe I should hire them!

I went to Home Depot to have obvious pre purchased paint shaken. And purchase a few items while I was there. I pick up the "OBVIOUSLY PRE PURCHASED PAINT" from the paint dept after shaken. I go to self checkout and tight off the get go this self checkout employee starts in on how I need to pay for everything. She said it again. I informed the paint was obviously purchased at an prior time (and one could tell it was not just purchased) The mentioning of paying for everything became ACCUSING THEN IN A SHORT TIME IT BECAME HARASSMENT FROM THIS SELF CHECKOUT EMPLOYEE. SHE IGNORED MY REQUEST TO SKEAK TO STORE MANAGER ANOTHER EMPLOYEE STEPPED IN AND REQUESTED THE STORE MANAGER GOR ME. The self checkout employee would not shut up! DO ANNOYING! The store manager JEFF asked what he could do . I informed him i am being accused of stealing and being harassed and to tell this self checkout employee to be quiet so i can go over what I purchased on basically prove my innocence.. He asked the self checkout employee to refrain for a moment. (That lasted 5 seconds) so over her annoying accusing voice I asked him to look at receipt and paint cans that I am not a thief so I can leave without being charged for stealing. He looked at me and inquired once again (very belittling) "what is it I want him to do. I started explaining again and he informed me I dod not need to shop their again and to leave the store. I left and after it began to set in what happened I contacted the home depot headquarters and/or official site. ONLY TO BE IGNORED HAVE MY TIME WASTED AND IF TGAT WAS NOT THE CASE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS FOR SOME TYPE OF JUSTICE HELL AN APOLOGY WOULD DO! NOPE AND IF NOT BEING IGNORED MY TIME WAS WASTED WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION. THERE WAS A JEFF AND MUT APPROACH AT ONE POINT. It was just a game to waste my time. Seriously there is no other possible way/reason to treat me or anyone like this!! DO IN RETURN FOR BEING A PAYING CUSTOMER HOME DEPOT ACCUSED, BELITTLED, IGNORED, HARASSED HELL KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR TREATING ME LIKE TRASH Oh insult to injury home depot put me on their mailing list! a ANYONE KNOW A GOOD LAWYER

What a bunch of entitled, whiney remarks! For gosh sakes, if you need help and see a customer service person, ASK. They're not there to follow you around and see if you need them. There ARE other customers in the store . I just love my Home Depot. It's my "go to" for everything on our orchard. There's a very good selection of products and brands, things are very easy to find, great garden department, and the tool department is to me, what Macy's is to other women. My hubby knows how to sweet talk me..."Honey, wanna go to Home Depot?"...I just melt...
