I took my vehicle in for a timing belt kit and specifically said on three separate occasions to do the camshaft seals while the mechanic is that deep in there. They did not do the camshaft seals like I specifically mentioned 3 times! When I went to pickup my car they gave me $50 off my $3517.63 bill for “dropping the ball” on the camshaft seals. That’s a slap in the face. Chances are those camshaft seal will fail before the next timing belt is due and I will have to spend another $1500 just to replace the camshaft seals when they should have been taken care of the first time. I will never go back to red rock Honda again.

They were able to take care of my issue with a simple diagnostic. They charge me $80 For a 1/2 hour diagnostic.
The service writer Paul was very upfront as a sink with me.

Great people at Red Rock Honda! I brought my Honda Element down for some maintenance and very quickly they told me what was wrong and how much it was going to cost for the repair. They were efficient with ordering parts and completing the maintenance work. I will go back with my future maintenance needs. Thanks RRH!

Stan Bryant was the service advisor who waited on me today. He was not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to explain the details of each service that was provided to my Accord. In all the years that I have been taking my vehicle to Honda, I have never had such great service as I did from Stan.

It’s a shame that these crooks coaxed one of my family members into purchasing their first car that was much older for over $48,000. It was not even worth that much and came with many damages. Hands down the worst car dealership to walk into. They are not customer-oriented. Don’t waste your time!????

It was an annual check-up that wound up including new tires. My service advisor, Paul Romero, did a super job of keeping me up to speed on each phase and explaining the various charges at the end of work.
