Company and drivers are inept. First delivery delayed due to 'inclement weather' when there was no inclement weather. Second delivery attempt the driver couldn't find the address even though they turned around just past my driveway. Customer service phone service is a joke.

I live in a 3rd floor apt..lazy driver leaves my packages in the bottom floor at the base of the steps..what a lazy good for nothing whe needs fired

$26,000 time sensitive medication was brought to my gate and the driver didn't bother getting a signature that was required because he was to lazy to call or walk up the driveway to deliver the package. Time sensitive mind you on special ice from the sender. Should let them pay the insurance on the item since they can't deliver an over night package within 24 hours time.

FedEx is the worst company to ship with. I will gladly pay more not to ever ship with them. The customer service is worthless, they can never deliver on time or listen to delivery instructions.

My packages are continuously left on the wrong floor and not brought to my door. When I called to inquire about it, I was told that perhaps the driver is a woman and can't deliver it or an older person. Not only was I given this explanation, I asked why I delivery notice wasn't left at my door to let me know the location of my packages. There was no explanation. I've had to call FedEx Ex 3 different times for the same issue. Customer service on the phone is rude and has only knowledge of company requirements. I've called the retailer to let them know that because they choose to continue to use FedEx Ex I will no longer order from their company. I give FedEx Ex a negative 10 for poor customer service and continued failure for deliver .

Unable to get any help from FedEx with my package not being delivered to my house. The so called pic looks like it was left at someone backyard patio. The 800 was not helpful and was not able to make a complaint or a claim .

Have been lied to and can not ever reach a human being was expecting package on 2/13/23 with time sensitive materials and have not received or been able to talk with any human about this issue. Not the first time this has happened. Many times their driver is lazy and doesn't wake up from the parking lot to my apartment

Called 1 800 # and I’ve been told that I can pick up my package at Grand Juction. I drove 180 miles round trip to pick up my package at my day off, and the package wasn’t there. This company is a completely joke. If it was possible I would have leave negative stars.
