It was an amazing experience working with the girls at the 12th St. Office. I had to design Some gift labels, two sides , for a project. I had some issues matching the 2 side labels, but the girls took care of everything. Positive, helpful environment, great customer service. The girls have knowledge of their jobs.
Thank you very much Jessica J., Jessica A. & Stefanie. My daughter is a CMU student and she recommended this office. She was right! I’ll continue coming to this office.

My husband and I cannot say enough good! They did a business banner overnight for us and we’re both absolutely amazed with not only how it turned out but the professionalism of this company! We tried UPS and they looked at us like we were crazy but FedEx was just like yep we got you!
We’re now customers for good for all of our business needs that they offer! Plus they’re affordable! Very very impressed!

Great FedEx store on 12th avenue in Grand junction. My packages were delivered on time, and the great staff inside this location even helped me carry my packages out to my car. Five stars for Rick and the whole team at FedEx on 12th Street

FedEx told me to call this store about my package. First, the guy cut me off as I was explaining the situation and then hung up abruptly. Based on other reviews this establishment is subpar so I guess this type of service should be expected. I've used this store previously for other services, but I won't be in the future.

I needed about 250 physical photographs digitized so I could use them for a memorial service. They were able to get this done in one day and even cropped the pictures so I was able to paste them into the service slideshow with no extra manipulation needed. The price was super-reasonable. I've also used this location for overnighting items for my work from time to time. Would definitely recommend this location!

Today I came in and was going to ship a package. Saw not only the Employee who is very demeaning to a customer.And also manager refusing the ship accustomed package. Because he said he knew the things that could not be shipped they refused to help this man because he didn't read what you can and can't send 'that everywhere uses' told him to leave the business. I will not be shipping at this center and may never use FedEx again after seeing this today.

Worst possible staff and customer service! The person working the desk seemed aggravated and extremely passive aggressive from the moment I walked in. Then when he/she/they didn’t feel like I had read the disclaimer thoroughly enough they began belittling me and when I asked for a manager they threw there hands on the keyboard and told me they were refusing to ship my package. When the “assistant manager” came over and began screaming at me because making sure customers read is “their job” he then told me they had refused to ship the package and I needed to leave. I asked for the phone number for the store manager or district manager and I was told that the generic tracking phone number was “as good as you’re going to get”. Somebody needs to do their job, get rid of both of these employees and move on. To imagaine someone is getting paid to handle these issues and won’t manage their own people. Wow…I will NEVER go back in this location, and I will find a corporate person to deal with these nasty employees.
