If you want to have a guy mock the fact that you don’t know what your whatsit it is actually called, this is the perfect place. You stand there and try to explain it and they make no effort to help. Just stand there and stare and act smug. Sorry I got you out from behind the desk. Twice. Sorry. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. BTW, they have a $10 minimum. Shop elsewhere. NEVER COMPLAIN about small businesses failing. Service is typically just like experience I had. Went to Tru Value. Helpful, quick, courteous. And no minimum purchase.
