My son bought a used Nissan Titan from this dealership. I usually hate dealerships because of the nonsense you get from salesman. I got zero pushy nonsense from the owner of this dealership he was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed like a no-nonsense type of guy. It was a great experience from start to finish, my son got a good truck at a good price. This is one of the few used car dealerships I would recommend.

I got a great car for a fair price by working with Hoss at Family Auto & Truck Center. He got us a super solid financing deal and a bombproof 3 year warranty. Very smooth experience from when I first reached out to when we drove off the lot. Would definitely recommend buying a car here.

As a first time car buyer, I had a few not so great experiences. I decided to try one last time and I am glad I did. Hoss met me kindly and allowed me to ask questions and think about my purchase without any pressure. He was honest and forthright and answered all of my questions without dodging. I had a very easy car-buying experience. Hoss was fair with pricing and the Subaru was detailed beautifully. After getting it home, it did need a jump the next day and it turns out the battery was very weak and needs replaced. Seems like that could have been done before it was sold, but overall the other maintenance required is understandable for a 7 year old car with 139,000 miles.

Had the pleasure of doing business at this fine establishment today, and I gotta tell ya, I would highly recommend you check them out! I received a complimentary copy of inspection done, was given a fair price for the vehicle, LOW fees compared to others in the valley, and was treated with respect!! Great atmosphere, great business! Shout at to Hoss, he provided me with an amazing buying experience. No pressure, no usual tactics to sell me a car, just an honest small business man with quality inventory, sold at a fair price. If you're looking for a fine used car, you gotta give these guys a chance to earn your business, you will not be disappointed!
