Ruined my sisters hair & made her run out in tears. Zero regard for customers service, client comfortability, and im 90% sure Jackie didnt even go to cosmotology school.... Went in for a simple trim & style and was charged $400!!!!! Originally quoted at $150. Was told they "couldnt fix the haircut" after they were the ones who cut it & ruined it not 5 minutes ago??! Horrific place run by horrible people and some of these reviews look fake. Cant speak for all of the stylists, but Jackie cuts hair like a toddler playing with safety scissors.

TERRIBLE experience!! I was seen by Jackie who charged me $500 for a choppy haircut and a horrendous multicolored hair color that was nothing close to what I was looking for! I just had a baby a few months ago and was looking to do something nice for myself. Having had a friendly experience with Jackie in the past, I trusted she would be honest with me if what I was hoping to achieve with my hair was achievable with her skill set or not. I also trusted she would give me a decent price since I was a loyal customer. However, I received no such treatment. When I confronted Jackie about the hair color not being what I asked for, she said that it's not finished but I would need to come back in at least a month to try this again. I thought that her $500 charge would be somewhat reasonable, (even though I'd never paid that much for my hair before for a cut and color) for a finish result. However, Jackie informed me that I would still need to pay again to get it finished. I told her that I had never been charged this much before, especially for an unfinished hairdo. She then told me that "this hair stuff is not for sissies, she is not a budget hairdresser, and that she stands by her work." If you're looking to avoid being overcharged for a horrendous color and cut then, Do Not COME to Estilos on main!!

I went in to get highlights and lowlights. The lady basically told me that it wouldn’t look good on my hair and then proceeded to charge me over $400 for something that I didn’t want in the first place. I also said I wanted to keep it all one length since that’s what I like and she insisted on layers and a trim. I ended up agreeing from the pressure. Now I have super choppy layers in the front and am going to have to get a hair cut and take a bunch of it off. I just wish that people would listen to what you want and not just do whatever they feel like. It’s your hair not your stylists.Services: Hairstyling

Appalled! Terrible! I sat next to a woman that was having her hair cut by a different stylist, who despite to request of the woman to stop, kept ranting about Ukraine being an awful country and defending Putin. She was raging about QAnon conspiracy theories and at one point berated her customer as a "bleeding" liberal. The customer was attempting to politely ask her to stop and left with wet hair declining a blowout/style. I won't return. I don't want to go somewhere and pay for a service and be subjected to someone else's political views and rants. You are in a service industry! You just cost the industry and your shop my business...and I suspect and hope the business of the poor woman who was having to listen to the tirade. :(

Don't go to Estilos! People will tell you it's one of the best places in town and it has a reputation for being posh but the owner has terrible customer service and actually told me in the middle of my $50 haircut that she wasn't going to cut it anymore when I asked her to frame it around my face a little bit more and make my layers more pronounced. I hadn't even asked her before that to change anything! I just showed her a picture, she barely glanced at it, and then when she asked how I liked it, I asked for her to shorten my layers a little bit and make the framing a little more pronounced. She actually scolded me and told me she had already trimmed my hair before she washed it, trimmed it during washing it, and trimmed it when she was styling it (HER technique; I've never had anyone else do that before and didn't ask her to do it that way) and said she wasn't going to give me a "fourth haircut" by making my layers more pronounced. I had to go somewhere else and pay for someone to do more pronounced layers. I'll never recommend Estilos!Service: Haircut

Zerah did an amazing job helping me get my hair back to it’s natural blonde, and I love it now. Super friendly and comfortable.10/10 for everything but 8/10 for price, you get what you pay for yes but you are paying quite a bit.

10 years. That's how long I have had gorgeous hair colors and cuts from Jeanine. And I rank right up there with the most nervous of ladies to have their hair worked on. Shout out of thanks for healthy, everyone-compliments-me hair!

Love my hair! Jacquie did an amazing job! The salon was clean, staff was friendly; it seemed like a fun place to work. I came in with darker brown hair with a reddish tint, passed my shoulder length long. I showed Jacquie what I was looking for, she priced it out and made it happen for me! I got a Bob haircut (which she nailed), highlights and toner. Pricey, yes but totally worth it! I have a TON of hair that requires lots of product, so the price in my opinion was right and she did an amazing job! I wish I lived in the area so I can go back to her! Though my experience wasn't a total disaster, it took me several days to become accustomed to my new, very expensive, cut and color. I felt Jackie really didn't listen to my requests. An 'inch' cut off my hair, ended up being a considerable amount more, and then she decided to add layers without asking, causing added stress. All of which resulted in my overall experience being way over priced. I will not be recommending, or returning to this salon, looking forward to my hair growing out!
