I have utilized Ed Bozarth Body Shop 4 times over the years. Each time was an excellent experience particularly my last one. I have a new car that in which the doors were not aligning properly. Frank not only diagnosed the problem but took care of the problem promptly. Thank you Frank for your goodwill and I know where to go whenever I need body work to be done.

I give to Matt Whalen at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet and Buick in Grand Junction, Colorado. He delivered exactly what I was looking for twice this summer. I told him I was looking for a four-wheel-drive SUV for my daughter and a little while later he called me to inform me he had a 2013 Nissan Xterra with 75,000 miles for $15,000. The vehicle was in excellent condition and eligible for a four year comprehensive warranty. I bought the SUV and the extended warranty. The deal was so good I called him back and told him to find me a truck. A few weeks later he calls back to let me know he found me a 2010 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X Off Road crew cab with 47,000 miles. The truck was also in excellent condition and eligible for the four year comprehensive warranty. The Ed Bozarth team reconditions the used vehicles to make them like new. He even drove the truck two hours to deliver it to my home. Matt delivered exactly what I wanted twice this summer with five star service and an excellent value. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, talk to Matt Whalen at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet and Buick in Grand Junction. He will deliver the vehicle at a great deal.

This review is on their service department. I had my Duramax oil changed prior to going to Moab. The last night in Moab I checked the oil prior to drivingack home to Castle Rock. The oil was overfilled based on the dipstick. I checked with the dealer who changed the oil and he told me to stop by a Chevrolet dealership. Bozarth's service department were awesome. I called from the road and spoke with Zak after I couldn't reach the Service Manager. He told me to just stop in and there was plenty room for our trailer. Then we received another call from Devon the service manager and he reiterated the same. We got there Zak came and checked it out and it was a relief. As it turns out the local dealer had overfilled the oil but not enough to be dangerous. Thanks to both Zak and Devon, I would recommend them if you're in the Grand Junction area.

I was very disappointed in how my son & his wife were treated by Ed Bozarth in Grand Junction. I worked for a dealership in Brighton CO for 10 years, and they would always bend over backwards to make sure the customer wascompletely satisfied with their purchase. At Bozarth, they would not letthem change their mind about their purchase even though it hadn't evenbeen 48 hours later. I know funding had not happened within that time frame. I will drive the 4 hours to go back & purchase on the front range before I go to Bozarth.

We brought our truck in for an oil change and servicing. We went to pick up the truck and we were missing a hub cap for the tires. And then we were driving on I-70 when the hood of the truck popped open which means it wasn't latched when they were done, the engine light came on, the air filter light came on, we took it up to Meeker, CO to get fixed after this, they informed us they never changed the oil, the oil filter was not changed, the air filter was black and not changed, and all our fluids were not topped off. We spent $200 at Ed Bozarth for absolutely nothing. It is a joke of a company and the people who work there do not care. We will never ever bring our truck back there and we will recommend that nobody does either.

Body shop had my vehicle for some body work and this is how we get it back! Our Vehicle had only 400 miles on it so it was spotless when we dropped it off. I don't think it is too much to ask for them to wipe down their work area after they are done! Not impressed with their customer service and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone I know.

Everyone at Ed Bozarth was amazing to work with - but Frank was over the top wonderful! The body work/paint they did on our Lexus is perfection. It’s obvious they do great work & definitely went the extra mile with some small extra touches/gestures that have 100% earned them lifelong business from our family.
