I have been buying tires from Discount for over 15 years. The management at 6-50 are above and beyond! Service in the back are very professional! I highly recommend this tire center!

This place is a wreck. I called and set up an appointment, the gentleman said I was good to go. I got there and my appointment was nowhere to be found. I sat there for an hour and a half before my truck was even addressed. I'll never be back.

Guy yesterday was amazing, guy today was a joke. I gave him info and he proceeded to make repeat the process Like i was lieing. Very rude. On top of that took an hour on one tire???? Big O next time I buy tires with warranties!

When everything goes right, it's easy to write a nice review. But when things don't go right, that's when you want to look a little closer. Discount Tire - both locations in Grand Junction are excellent! Today, however, I tried the one on Hwy 50 (near the mall) for seasonal tire changes. I had a new-to-me car that I had put a new set of (used) wheels and had ordered a set of Blizzak tires that had just come in. I mentioned that I had a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light that had come on after installing these new-to-me wheels and mentioned that I might need new sensors as these were probably 8 year old wheels. When it came time to pick up the car, the new tires looked great and I settled up and went on my way - only to find out that I still had a TPMS problem. It just wouldn't work. Enter Mr. Houston! He met me in the parking lot, listened to my explanation of what was not working, and was PERFECT. He didn't argue, he merely began trying to solve the problem. After sending me out again to try resetting the system, it was still "no-go". The TPMS system wouldn't work. It would have been easy for him to say, "Sorry - there must be something wrong with your car...take it elsewhere." But that's not what he did. He went back in, began reviewing the notes on the car and then had his installers take off all the wheels (they must have loved this) and install new, programmable sensors. Then he sent me back on my way. This time it worked! Everything was perfect. This is how you want it to work when it doesn't work the first time! Hats off to Mr. Houston (please don't say 'Houston, we have a problem, he's heard it every day of his grown-up life) and also a big call out to Robby, (I think he may be the manager) for excellent customer service skills. This is a quality operation and it deserves your business. It's certainly won mine!

Got there early this morning. Was met by the most kindest folks. They treated me like family. Very wonderful experience. They did a rotation and balance on my 94 jeep. The vibration was gone. Thanks guys.

Discount Tire has always had reasonably priced tires that are efficiently installed. I was in today for a free rotation and balance of the tires that I purchased in 2021. I was told that the process would take about one hour, but the work was completed in less than 20 minutes. As outstanding as their prices are, the customer service is even better!

We were traveling across the country and started our day with a nail in one of our tires causing a slow leak. Took it into have it checked, made an appointment for a couple of hours later as they were very busy in the morning. When we returned the guys had us in and out in less than an hour. A quick patch job was all that was needed. Thanks to Houston and the rest of the guys at Discount...very professional and efficient. The best part...they wouldn't let me pay for the repair. I was stunned but very appreciative.

These guys are idiots. Got a text my car was done. When I got there car wasn't done and they couldn't even find the ticket. After they did, they didn't know what tires to replace. I had to show them. My ride had gone so I was stuck there until they finally finished. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Chris Garcia, who assisted us with the problem we had with our tires, did an exceptional job. The shop was extremely busy. When he called us up, he listened, displayed excellent customer service and understanding.We were his priority, and the end result is that we have an upcoming appointment to solve our issues. Chris should be recognized for his work and service. I will recommend others to go to Discount Tire... and ask for Chis. : )

Oh my goodness! These guys are simply amazing!I came in off the HY needing a ture balanced ! Note! I had a fully loaded truck camper on my PU and they did all four and balanced and did a rotation! And I was out the door asap!Absolutely wonderful polite and professional ! Lovely crew of Men.This is MY kind of company.They have my business always!

I was having a not so great day (10 hour car trip I forgot deodorant and then got a flat) stopped in at the first Discount Tire I saw for help, and they were great. Got me in and out and back on the road. Thanks for making a not so great day better!
