They quoted me an estimate of 1600$ for a repair, when I got the final bill it was 3600$. They wouldn't release the truck back to me without paying in full. If I knew it would be that much I would have never approved the repair. Its 2000$ difference between the estimate and the final bill.

don't ever go to this shop, they're just trying to steal your money.. and when you pay and don't come to pick up the truck the same day, they charge a storage fee.. and the price of the storage fee is what they're in the mood for and how much money they need for that month

Took my truck there last year to get the head gaskets replace (bigger job then i wanted todo myself). Was quoted 2 or 3 weeks to get the job done and somewhere between 5k and 6k (depending on the standard needs replaced). Not only did the job take close to 5 months to get done (10 times longer then he said) with an outrageous amount of excuse as to why he needed more time, but after all that I showed up to get my truck and was handed a 13k bill (over twice what I was quoted) with a massive amount of work done that I didn't want him to touch (non of wich was nessisary or disscussed or authoized). But here I am a year later still finding stuff not hooked up properly throughout the engine compartment and im 90% sure some of the stuff on the bill was not actually done to the truck including the supposid new turbo on the truck. I would not recommend a single person go here after the absolute screwing I got.

I had a great experience with Jim. He’s a hands on Owner so sometimes getting him on the phone is a hit and miss but that’s to be expected. He cares about the customer and wants to make sure the work is done precisely. He’s been in the business a long time and knows what he’s talking about. I recommend this place to all diesel owners that need repairs! Thanks to Jim and his team for the honesty and the help!

Took my diesel RV to Diesel Doctor. Said they would look at it the next day. They took several more days and phone calls to get it looked at. They tried to tell me the alternator was causing acceleration issues despite no battery charging issues, and was going to cost $1500!! Found out from my ex that the alternator had been replaced within 5 years and had a lifetime warranty. Diesel Doctor charged me $300 for just looking at it and did not find the issue.

My husband took his work truck in the last part of August. We needed the engine replaced and a few other things. It's now the end of October and we barely received our truck. Hard to get ahold of did not get any up dates on progress, just excuse after exscuse.I understand people have problems things come up but letting your clientele aware of things going on is a must. The price was absolutely ridiculous we could have bought a new truck with what he charged us. He did things with out asking if we even had the funding for.Still haveing electronic problems , heater block still does not work. So we have to take it back and will be with out our truck for God knows how long again.Untrusted and not happy with costumer service and don't recommend this company.Still waiting for paper work on exactly what they did and prices. Really.

Maintaining diesel equipment is an involved process that requires trustworthy communication. The owner first offers diesel knowledge, handshakes, smiles, shows of kindness, righteous talk, and sweet promises – then delays, no parts ordered, they are suddenly on vacation, techs quit, excuses – the machine shop caused the wait, aggression, wrath, crazy explanations - and a heavily jacked-up diesel cost with no phone call confirm… Then shallow apology, ice cream, righteous talk, dress up attend to service and smile, flowers and then the cycle begins again… We understand forgiveness does not include accepting continuing abuse and manipulation, so we drew a line in the sand and said enough is enough. If you are new, steer clear. If you r mixed in with them and have any self worth, cut your losses, protect your happiness, well-being, your family and your money, and walk away smart and safe as you can figure. Photo with flagpole is from Clifton location from before shop moved to a Palisade residence. Second photo is inside the shop. Several other people explain experiences similar to ours. We brought them lot of diesel jobs and were patient until the danger and wrongs piled up to where the only right thing to do is work your way out of the relationship stepping careful all the way and write this warning to a friend, neighbor, and passerby.

Jim does an excellent job. Extremely satisfied with the work done and the tunes Adam built. I have a whole new truck. Jim got my truck in his shop when he said he would. Adam took extra time to build the tunes I requested and stands behind his work. The truck performs better than my expectation. As I continue to push the performance on my truck I will for sure be back to see Jim. 2008 Ford F250 6.4L powerstroke. Jim knows what he is doing and is incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
