I was a patient of Dr Budiman. He left the practice and I was told that I had to find another clinic for primary care. As an established patient I was not allowed to see another provider within the clinic or any other. Grand Valley Primary Care is not accepting new patients, although I’ve been an established patient. Zero stars!

Everyone from the receptionist to all of the medical staff were wonderful. Everyone made me feel "taken care of". They explained everything to me that they were going to do and made me feel comfortable.

In general the hospital and staff are excellent! However, someone in the Materials Dept needs to go. Six weeks ago my husband's cochlear implant surgery scheduled for Mar. 14, plenty of time to get instrument here. As we're driving to hospital, after boarding dog and making hotel reservations, since live 70 miles away, we get a call..instrument not here because somebody didn't fill out order completely. We're rescheduled for next day, the 15th. Again, we are driving to hospital and get the same call. Device still in Tennessee, weather blamed. WHY WASN'T DEVICE SENT BY AIR, 24 HOUR DELIVERY? Now surgery scheduled for next Tuesday. No one is willing to promise us that we can get confirmation of device's arrival prior to Tuesday morning. That's no way to win friends and influence people!!!

There WAY to many reviews and contacts for appointments. I think I must have login to your web site 10 or 12 times a week. I don’t bother checking that the information is correct anymore so you may be getting wrong info.

I recently had to have a total knee replacement. I was really scared to say the least. But I have to give my surgeon, William Rainer, DO. HUGE KUDOS FOR STAYING IN CLOSE CONTACT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCEDURE, PREOP AND POSTOP. IT WAS AN EXTENSIVE KNEE SURGERY, MORE THAN YOUR USUAL KNEE REPLACEMENT. I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW FAST I WAS UP AND WALKING, EVEN AFTER THE NERVE BLOCK WAS GONE. I’M 62 YEARS OLD AND OVERWEIGHT SO I WAS AFRAID THIS PROCEDURE WOULD BE REALLY HARD. I JUST WANTED EVERYBODY TO KNOW THAT DR. RAINIER IS FANTASTIC. HE WORKS AT WESTERN ORTHOPEDICS. IF YOU NEED A KNEE REPLACEMENT, THAT’S HE’S WHOYOU WANT TO SEE. MY LEG IS STRAIGHT AGAIN, WHICH I NEVER THOUGHT WAS POSSIBLE.THANK YOU FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME.V WARREN

I adore Dr. Seeberger and his nursing assistant, Melia. They have always been responsive to my needs. I will miss them when I move away.
