A review for not buying anything? Yes, I stopped by the store and John the owner checked my tires (even measuring the tread for me!).
"They look good", he said, even though he could have sold me (a senior widow) a new set. Honesty and integrity - that is priceless.

Took my motorhome to Commercial Tire Service and spoke with Eric about new tires. Eric provided a very competitive estimate and tires were ordered. Eric called when tires came in the next morning. He was super helpful throughout the process.
Eric's coworkers did a great installation including installing additional extension valve stems I had purchased for my dually tires. The guys also helped in loading my used tires to be resold .
After I did a drive they re-torqued my lug nuts. Great convenient shop with plenty of space.

This place was Great Until, Their worker found a nail in my tire. Tire was Aired up but had a nail. They asked me if I wanted them to patch it, I was like yes, sure. Well they took it off but then told me they couldn't patch it because to close to edge. I understand there " Libility " issues in their eyes but I ask them if I could plug it and use there air so I can get down the road. Remember this tire is 3 months old. I wasnt leaving without this tire on my trailer. Well trying to sell me another tire , I was like NO. THAT TIRE WILL BE FINE. I just need to borrow ur air? They wouldn't let me and literally made me leave with tire on rim but no air. I pulled around the block and asked a mechanical shop to use air. Plug tire, put some liquid Flat repair in it. And literally had it fix in 10 minutes. My Argument is this. THEY SHOULD HAVE SHOWED ME WHERE THE NAIL WAS 1ST. If they didnt have the knowledge that they couldn't patch it due to spot then leave it alone. Don't break my tire down, and make me leave without air in my tire after it was holding air upon arrival. 2nd, DONT BE THAT HARD UP TO SELL A TIRE AND U MAY GET MORE BUSINESS THEN U CAN HANDLE. U have a Great Spot of business but if u treat all customers like this. Well I guess Loves and Others will continue to take ur Business. 3RD LET SOMEONE USE UR AIR.... NO LIBILITY IN SOMEONE USING UR AIR... COME ON NOW!!! WOW!! Your better then that!
