Long term rentals...not really a Motel, that's why it's called "Columbine Cottages". All rooms renovated to studios with kitchenettes.

Have a friend that stays there that we go see on e a week. Place used to be kinda shady and the people that are usually around are kinda creepy but it's definitely better than it used to be.
