We have a car loan through this institution. On more than one occasion, we have caught them shorting change off our checks to them. We've approached them about this, and there is a general lack of concern. They are aware their check-reading machine drops the change, but rather than rectifying it, they admonish us to pay them electronically via their website. The problem is that if you are not paying from a Coloramo account, there is a 5% charge to pay electronically. How many business clients do they have where this machine is shorting customer check values? If this is a known issue, why have they not moved to a new system? A financial institution that is not accurate with their accounting should not be in business. The fact that a known technical issue is allowed to persist as a tool to push customers to a paid service or extort them into moving their money into an in-house account is severely unethical. I would not recommend this credit union to anyone, individual or business.

There is no after hours customer service, their phones are turned off on Saturdays even though they are open, the workers on Saturdays cannot remove holds on your account and their fraud detection hotline is closed on weekends and holidays, including December 30 31 and the 1st whist is very stressful. Are there any banks with 24 hour customer service? We all use our cards and the bank randomly puts holds on our accounts with no way to get any help.

They used to be a really great bank and we have always loved them. They have been going down hill has they have redesigned their app. Half the time we cannot access our account because their site is either down due to issues or maintenance. They are also hard to resolve situations with.

I was late on a mortgage payment. I admit that it was my fault for not realizing it was past my due date. I talked with a representative from the bank and her manager and I was horrified with their customer service skills or lack there of. The manager and the other bank representative were a total joke to say the least I was absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the whole incident I would highly advise to stay away from this bank. They could not even answer the most simplest of questions. I withdrew all my money out of my account today. They have a 3rd party that handles their collections and the 3rd party is apparently just as useless as the bank as they did not even notify me my account was past due.

Switched from GJFCU over to Coloramo after some personnel changes. They had some bugs going on with the new website/app but they got them worked out. Very friendly user-interface now. We've known Jeff Cyriaks for 10-15 loans now and he is always a pleasure to work with! Don't wanna mess with the "big bank" take a number and we'll get to you kind of attitude? You won't find that here and won't ever get that from Jeff C. A true personable experience. Love doing business business. Easy as could be!

Used to love this bank but after they updated their app I’ve ran into issues left and right. Inaccurate times/dates charges that are just confusing, holds that aren’t actually described as holds, transactions missing descriptions or business names when that was never an issue before, etc. I’ve been in the negative 3 times simply due to inaccurate information being displayed on the app. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. The old app worked wonderfully but I’m probably just going to move to Wells Fargo or a bank that has a competent IT department. There have been at least two times that I couldn’t use my card at an ATM because of their issues. I can’t even see my balance right now because the app is, as usual, broken as heck.

My family has banked with Coloramo for a few years and had nothing but the best service. We opened an additional account today and were even better treated than we thought possible! Jeff at the 28 Road location treated us like family and put us completely at ease. He was great to work with and an all around great guy

Turns out they are just another greedy bank that charges you to deposit money into your own account. Every couple of months I deposit change that I've saved up. I have never been charged in the past or had any problems. Now I'm being told this policy has been in place for almost a year and I can only deposit so much change per day. I was also told it was a courtesy that I was allowed to make 2 deposits into my own account in the same day yesterday. Both deposits combined wasn't even $100.

Like the Credit Union but…. please get a new Debit Card Printing Machine. Now I must wait until Monday to receive a debit card- maybe- last time your “printing machine” was down as well.

Coloramo has won our town's annual "Best of the West" award for best credit union many times for good reason! I love my bank for so many reasons but most of all for the friendly, helpful people.

Called “hi if I deposit a check from my mobile will it be available today?” Banker : oh sure it may just take an hour..”24 hours later….deposit is Still on holdDrive to bank next day , go inside..wait in line behind 6 people.. very understaffedExplain situation“Oh yah sorry nobody is here to process those so you will have to wait until after the weekend”.. but I specifically called and asked about this and was told yesterday it would be done..Banker: yah sorry…. …….It’s the check from the state of Colorado they send to everyone… obviously not a bad check or anything suspiciousThis bank is really starting to feel like it’s ran by amateurs. Understaffed and untrainedShould have just told me to drive down and deposit it. It was like 1pm when Mobil deposited…They also lock you card constantly because they think it’s stolen… they initially had my debit card withdrawing from savings instead of checking… it’s like every time I try to use this bank for anything there’s some ridiculous problemsWhat a joke of a bank

I wanted to let others know how Malia was so kind and patient with us while opening another account. She is wonderful... hands down
