Colorado West Insurance always goes above and beyond for us! Whenever a problem or question arises, a response from them is quick and very detailed. I can tell the employees that work at CWI are knowledgeable and very well trained. Even if a question does not pertain to insurance they always provide suggestions on where to get the appropriate answer. We are very lucky to be working with everyone at CWI!

The team at CWI are outstanding. It seems as if someone is always available to answer questions, and generally able to help with anything. If you don't get the information needed immediately, the team will get you answers ASAP. They make you feel like you're the only client. 110% recommend!!!

Condescending and rude. Very poor customer service skills. No free and open dialog with them. If you don’t think and act the way they do (ie if you disagree with them) they will shut you down and try and block you from getting insurance with anyone. They should have their license pulled.Do yourself a favor, do not use this company.
