I am currently renting the 8'x10' unit. It came with a new lock for the gate just for setting up a syringe unit with them. The unit is indoors but not climate controlled so it's can get a little chilly in the unit, but nothing too bad.

I go in this place to buy boxes and tape and there's only one lady there who has the phone on speaker talking away to somebody that has nothing to do with U-Haul while I stand there for 10 minutes waiting for her to check me out with no sign from her, that she even cares that somebody's there to buy products after waiting the 10 minutes I said screw it I put my stuff back and left not at any moment. Did she try to say sir? Can you hold on one moment, not a care in the world other than her phone conversation would not recommend this place. If I could give it zero stars I would. because it's obvious they don't care about getting money to keep the doors open

i went to go get a hitch installed. I had to wait two weeks for parts to come. just to drive an hour there and be told they don't even have the part. then once i finally got my car in they putt a massive whole in my back bumper and didn't even reinstall it correctly. this company is a joke and it's amazing they are still in busines.

Rented a 15 foot truck from this location, truck engine blew up on I-80 headed to California. We ended up getting the truck towed to our drop off point but not to our final destination. We then had to unload it and reload our stuff into trucks to take to our storage unit. Spent the whole day on the phone with different people trying to see if we can get some compensation for our whole move being inconvenienced by their equipment. We did a 200$ refund and a 100$ "VIP VOUCHER" which to me did not seem fair for how much I paid to rent the truck and then how much of a inconvenience it was for their truck to break down. Long story short, the general managers name was Lonny and he has got to be the worst person to talk to at this location, zero compassion and zero help what so ever, pretty much a worthless manager.

I got into a situation where I was losing my home and needed to move and get a storage unit very fast. Uhaul helped me rent a15 foot truck and a storage unit in less than 2 hours from my phone call and helped me with every step along the way. And was about $100 cheaper than what it was initially quoted at. Great employees and services.

There are a lot of poor reviews here and I totally get it: it's a corporate system that can be awkward and inefficient. BUT I do want to say that the people who work here are absolutely top notch. I have experienced nothing but professional, welcoming service-oriented folks and I've been here 3 different times for different reasons (renting a truck, getting a hitch installed, buying supplies). So even though the company systems are sometimes problematic, these people do their best. Especially Farrah and Lonny--thank you for your kindness and true old-fashioned customer service ethic!

We got our trailer hitch installed at this Uhaul location and everything went great. The price was actually a few hundred dollars less than Pine Country's quote! Best of all, the man who worked on it, Val Good, was very professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend going to Val if you need a trailer hitch or anything related to that.

Just do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. I rented a van, and on inspection, it had a flat tire. The Assistant Manager, Val, stated they knew there was a mail in the tire but didn't have time to fix it between when it was returned and when my rental was. The manager suggested I drive the truck with its flat to a place in town to get it fixed, pay out of my own pocket to do so, and promised he'd reimburse me. Then they rented me an already occupied storage unit. I found out right before closing and the associate gave me attitude about it being close to closing when I went inside to get it sorted out. He quickly rented me a unit down the road at their secondary storage yard. When I got to the unit, it was locked and had a failure to pay tag on it. I've been dealing with this for over eight hours at this point. Absolute incompetence.

When I came in the store, I saw an employer without a mask. I asked him nicely about the mask. He simply refused and I left instantly. I don't feel safe coming in the store and I'm not bringing my business in this store. Inconsiderable employer for any customers!

I can't give less than a 1 or I would. They really put us in a bind. 2 weeks ago we reserved 2 26' trucks to move 1 way to Colorado Springs, had a reservation number and paperwork needed for our rentals. 2 days before we were to move they called and left a message that oops they didn't have any trucks! Just beware if you rent from them! They should have known at the time we reserved them if they had trucks or not. The only help that U Haul customer support gave us was an offer of 50.00. Really? We needed moving trucks not money! So we called Penske and thank goodness they were able to help us out with what we needed.

I rent a truck a couple week ago with my husband. Their price are good. The customer service is goof also. Don't use the app tho pretty complicated and do not work. Good place to rent a truck.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The Lady (assuming the manager as she was wearing a green shirt and everyone else were wearing brown shirts) was extremely rude. I came to return my trailer, it was 7:11pm and they had just closed (I didn't know they closed at 7). But, She was there along with 3 other employees still. She came to the door and I let her know I needed to return a trailer. She proceeded in a very rude tone, to tell me to go unhook it myself and that they were closed. She also pointed at the their business hours stating read the hours we closed at 7 you're too late. I let her know that I saw employees there and asked if they would help really quick as it's a 6x12 enclosed trailer. She again yelled at me that they were closed and to go do it myself and then walked away. I understood that they were closed. But as a GM of a business, I would never have treated a customer that disrespectfully or have my sales associates act in that manner and would always expect them to go above and beyond in a situation like that. I am very disappointed in how this was handled. Needless to say I unhooked it myself tried to complete my drop off using the app on my phone and nothing would work. I called customer service 800 number and they told me I have to go back in the morning to finish checking it back in, such a waste of time and diesel. Update: Drove down there this morning at 7, Spoke with Lonny the GM, he was apologetic about how I was treated yesterday and addressed it with the Employee who treated me that way. He made it as right as it could be at this point.

I was guaranteed a rental truck online when booking, but an hour and a half before I was due to pick up the truck they called to inform me that they didn't have the truck and there was nothing they could do for me. They have me a number to U-Haul corporate which wasn't even the right number (they had to give me a different number to talk to someone else). Crappy and unreliable service. Don't count on these guys.
