I loved their discounted salad!!!I like salad in general and if that is discounted a lot, it is great. For example, Santa Fe salad was $2 I got 3 bowls total :)

15 minutes before they close on Christmas Eve he was turning people away the manager or whoever was outside the door. Some people do to work late on Christmas Eve so you're not the only one but the turn us away when you have 15 minutes left for us to shop to get the last-minute stuff that we needed will never be going there again you're not the only one that works on Christmas Eve. my wife still at work right now at Olive Garden waiting tables but you don't see her complaining about her job you signed up to work you work until the top of the hour when you close.

This store is terrible, and gets worse everytime I go there. The store is always crowded, shelves are empty, they moved the bathroom to the BACK of the store, obviously not for customer convenience, and is it very poorly maintained. I don't know what is wrong with this store. Even the employees seem unhappy. Pick up carts are constantly in the way, as well as vendors parked in the aisles. Just a frustrating experience all the way around. Kroger is trying to buy Albertsons, they already basically have a monopoly in this town. I don't think it bodes well for grocery prices.

Shopping at City Market used to be a pleasant experience but arriving at 8:30am on a Saturday morning the store was in shambles nothing had been stocked merchandise was blocking aisles and no one on the staff speaks English this store in Avon CO is like being in a 3rd world country such a sad state there's no pride anymore.

I find it very offensive that only self checkout is available in the early morning. I realize it may be hard to hire employees, but it is discriminatory and needs to stop. It would be fine for a hand full of things, but for a cart full of groceries it is ridiculous in my opinion.

Will seriously be reducing my visits to this store as the customer service has deteriorated a lot. The current front-end manager is extremely condescending. The aisles were never designed for the amount of traffic they get. The prices are HIGH. Having to use digital coupons for all their sales is frustrating and archaic. Why not just put items on sale? I work hard for my money - why do they make you work so hard to save at their stores? Produce quality (supermarket) used to be the best in the valley and that hasn't happened in a long time. Their online "shoppers" have huge carts that seriously impact the business of people who are shopping in person. I have been shopping more at Walmart and Target and Sam's club - way more relaxing and better prices.

Awful customer service. Don't come in after 6 pm. Nice store. Bad service. Always low on stock, perhaps that is true everywhere so don't want to put that all on them. But poor service is definitely them.

Day before Easter Sunday I went in to grab a few last minute groceries. Huge thanks to Drew in produce for being super helpful and patient! The store was slammed but he was more than willing to take the time to make sure my wife and I had the best and freshest strawberries! We usually shop at the 12th and Patterson location but will start coming here more often!

First and foremost you are not the only city market in Grand Junction so customer service could be way better and you're entitled assistant manager or employee Barbara with long dark hair is the biggest cu** I've ever met in my entire life and you need to act your age you're not entitled!!! You're not special you work at a grocery store and need to LEARN customer service!!!! Or find an office job where you're by yourself

I went to the trouble of scheduling an appointment for a flu shot. When I arrived there must've been at least 10 people in line in front of me all waiting to get checked in and the check in process was taking well over five minutes each so I turned around and left . That's what City Market calls customer service. I can just as easily stand around at county health. Maybe the antivaxxers have a point after all.

Pharmacy system is horrible at all city Market locations as well as Walgreens. Grand junction pharmacies have severely disappointed me and left me without medications on multiple occasions. I've written HR and nothing improves. I used to be a nurse so I know I need to stay on top of it but they give me the run around saying they've contacted my doctor and when I call the doctor, they haven't heard a word. Round and round for days until I FINALLY get the medication prescribed to me. Sickens me to the core the pitiful shape of our healthcare, which was better in Rifle.

I wish I could give zero stars they need to hire more cashiers be more organized, have shelves perfectly fully stalked and self checkout is not for people that have big orders it's for 10 items or less I work in a grocery store this is the most disorganized store ever
