Produce dept lacking. Meat dept a little better than last visit. Very friendly cashier Jeff he is always nice and helpful. Not so much other employees.

I come to this store often and put all my stuff back and left today because of two staff members. Jina and Michael were talking loudly boasting about how he upset a customer due to his political views. I found this odd especially while you are at work. He ended up making more people uncomfortable, I don’t think I’ll be coming back… this behavior is something I see often at this location specifically! I’ll save myself the annoyance and shop somewhere where staff behaves professionally while at work.

I have shopped this store since it opened. I know it hard getting employees.
Today was the first time I've experienced such a rude cashier.
I was second in line a gentleman behind me. I had all my items on the belt and she told the man behind me she was closed and her light is now off. She was not nice about it or didn't even ask him to put the close belt behind him.
It was not off when we both got in line . He accepted that and move.
I told her that was rude and she said she was needed to help up front, I thought we were up front!
I asked for a manager one came.
I told her what happened she didn't seemed concerned .
The cashier's name was Jennifer, not the Jennifer that has worked there for a long time .
This type of customer services is forcing long time customers to go to Walmart.
This is a shame because I love this store .

Extremely rude cashier and manager. Hope they have a better day tomorrow, and learn to treat customers who are paying their wages better.

I have shopped at Kroger stores for over 35 years. I am so angry. I have to have the app to continue getting coupons. Its a sad day when I need an app for the privilege of shopping your store. Krogers customer care line is a joke. I've been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to get my coupons back. Safeway is on another my for me to drive.

The employees are great, the selection is fine, my problem is with the fuel pumps. Even other time I get gas here the pump doesn’t work and it steals my fuel points. If I’m lucky enough to be refunded I still spend a good half an hour just trying to either fill up or get my money back. It is EXTREMELY frustrating. Fix your stuff. There is absolutely no excuse for a store this profitable to let such a big issue go on for so long.

The bakery did a beautiful job with my daughters cake and cupcakes! The design was beautiful and exactly what I wanted! It tasted amazing and everyone at the party was impressed! Definitely will get my next cake here!

Just came in to get one item and there were only a select few (about 5) self checkouts open because they refuse to open more and there were no other checkouts open either even though there were lines wrapping around the store to check out! I just put my item back and left because I was in a hurry. Absolutely unbelievable I will never come back as long as I live.

No registers ever open except self checkout, if you need assistance employees are rude, no bags of any kind to hold your stuff. Better off going to the Mexican grocery stores or farmers market.
