Today while a bagger was bagging our groceries a woman(manger?) came up and whispered to the man to try not to use our reusable Walmart bags. We had several bags from different stores, including Kroger. The Walmart bag was a giant one that we brought specifically for the items we were buying. I don't see why it matters where our bags were purchased and why we can't use our Walmart bags. I don't think that's Kroger policy. I thought it was ridiculous and kind of rude!

I have a deep and significant gratitude for the consistent pharmaceutical services provided at Clifton City Markets Pharmacy after the hell I've had with Walgreens in multiple states, but the human interaction at City Market Pharmacy is frequently very poor quality, and it's enough to have me desperate for another pharmacy for a couple years.I've had my back, brain and fingers worked to the bone, in toxic work environments, for a discouraging days pay, to come home to another full-time job, more times than I'd like to admit, but I try to maintain courtesy and a smile for the customer. It's important to demonstrate kindness, regardless of how annoyed or frustrated you may be.The image of City Markets Pharmacy is painted by the humanity and compassion, behind the cold and intimidating but necessary products being dispensed. Furthermore, It's important to create a healthy social dynamic in order to facilitate effective communication between the pharmacist and the consumer.It's quite unlikely people are going to advocate for themselves if the person there to dispense the medication is clearly not displaying a very compassionate or attentive attitude.I don't think it's intentional most of the time, but it's absolutely dire to encourage a friendly demeanor towards customers at all times, regardless of home stress, workload or internal stress/chaos; especially in the healthcare industry!!There is a wise gentleman (who's fortunate enough to have longer hair) that works at the pharmacy. I regret I don't know his name, but he is ALWAYS a helpful and friendly five-star interaction. From the smile to start, through the questions he's required to ask, friendliness and humanity demonstrated all the way, and a recognition he operates within the healthcare system.I would like to officially petition for this gentleman to receive a complementary large milkshake of desired flavor, and an official recognition for being an outstanding asset.

They think we Americans are SOOOO stupid we don't see the packaging getting smaller, such as in bread and cereal boxes, while they are simultaneously jacking up the prices on us!!! I called about the tiniest loaf of Kroger brand bread I've ever seen. It wouldn't accommodate a slice of bologna much less the breakfast sandwiches we ate when I discovered the size!!! The bag was so much bigger than the loaf that the lettering rolls to the side!!!!!!! Check your products, people. Look at the size of the packagin; especially cereal and bread. What's next? Who knows if we don't watch and report. We get scammed enough

Have had several issues with this pharmacy, the latest one is prescription im-put in computer wrong, over charged me and having issues with having them explain to me what is going on with my prescription, My Dr.s office has called them several times and they still don't have it in the computer right, My insurance won't pay for my prescription because of what they City Market put in computer. its a mess

Horrible customer service especially from Marshal, I don’t come to this store but my store I normally go to and other stores were out of my pain meds I just had spine surgery on my neck and was in extreme pain! It was 12:30 said it won’t be done till after 2 because there going to lunch at 1, which I do understand however i didn’t deserve to get treated the way I did and forced to drive home just to get a text shortly after me getting home that my meds were ready, you would think great customer service is going above and beyond! I should know I worked in customer service for over 20 years! All we are is a nuisance to them! Not a great place for my first time ever going in I won’t be back

Went into this store for the first time after moving to Grand Junction over the weekend. Needed a prescription filled and the lady at the drop off totally ignored us until we just told her never mind and we walked out. Went to Safeway and dropped off the prescription and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. We are well on our way to spending over $100 on food items . Never will go back into this store in the next 20 or so years we will live close to them. Terrible service. Also noticed long line at the only ( one ) cashier working.
