Being epileptic some days are easy and some are like your day is a shattered mirror that you have to pick up and put back together at the same time you're living that day. The city market pharmacy has gone out of their way to help me when when my days were shattered. From noticing the bad reactions I was having from medication combinations . To calling in prescription to my primary after I dropped a full open bottle into my toilet. That was an embarrassing conversation. They are the best at their jobs and everybody should use them for their medical needs.

Step right up to Sloth Pharmacy, where time slows to a crawl and patience becomes your new best friend! If you've ever wondered what it's like to witness the world's slowest race, look no further. At Sloth Pharmacy, every visit feels like a marathon, but instead of crossing the finish line, you're just trying to pick up a prescription. The staff operates on a time scale that would impress even the most lethargic snail, with wait times that make you question if you've accidentally stumbled into a time warp. Expect to have deep philosophical debates with yourself while waiting, like whether it's possible to age backwards. The ambiance is a delightful mix of outdated magazines and the soothing hum of fluorescent lights, creating an experience that's truly unforgettable, if only because it lasts so long. So, if you're in the mood for an adventure in the world of slow-motion service, Sloth Pharmacy is the place to be. Just make sure to pack a lunch... and maybe dinner too.

I recently moved to GJ and filled my first RX today. The gentleman that was working at desk asked how he could help me. I explained that it’s my first time filling a RX here and gave my name and birth date. Everything was great up to this point! Then he proceeded to tell me that the entire RX could not be filled and could I return tomorrow. I asked how much of the RX was on hand? He never responded. Then he told me that the cost would be over $400 for a 90 day supply. I told him I had been on this RX for over a year and it should be around 30 something dollars for 90 days and something isn’t right. He then said well we didn’t put it thru your insurance. All along I had my card in my hand waiting for him to ask for it. He then said they looked online and had my insurance. I asked what insurance it was and the gentleman at this point was visibly upset that I was asking questions and his tone was rude and very curt. When I continued to say that the cost didn’t seem right he advised me that I needed to speak to the pharmacist. The women (assistant to pharmacist ) that assisted me and answered all my questions was polite and the epitome of customer service. After she explained the situation with insurance I asked her to run my Good RX card and the cost for 90 day RX was $39.00. She told me my RX would be ready in 20 minutes. As promised it was ready and I received the 90 day RX AND didn’t have to come back the next day as the gentleman stated in the beginning of our conversation for my RX. I will use this pharmacy again as the pharmacist and assistant pharmacist were very nice. However if I have issues again with this gentleman in the future I may not restrain myself and be the lady I was today.Someone please get this gentleman some customer service training and talk to him about how to treat people with respect.

Incredibly rude workers, short and snobby, close early. Recommend you find another pharmacy.

Whatever you do, avoid this pharmacy. They made a med error and didn't see anything wrong with it. If you are seriously ill, this is not your pharmacy. I don't think anyone there is qualified enough for their positions.

Look I love this pharmacy, especially because it's close to home. There is one his name is Raymond and he is beyond rude, acts like he hates his job and is never satisfied. Personally I'd like to switch pharmacy until they find someone else who actually wants to be there

Not all employees there are rude, but there are a few of the men that work there that make me want to switch back to my old pharmacy regardless of the drive time.

Customer service is not good at all. The people working the registers have not once been nice when I call or go in. They act like when I have questions about my sons NEW MEDICATION and ask to speak with a pharmacist that I am just the dumbest person in the world. The pharmacists are amazing though. Very patient and give answers when needed.

The short, bald, male tech is beyond rude. I try to kill him with kindness but dang is he rude, not only over the phone but in person as well. His boss needs to have a chat with him.

Job description likely reads:“Do you hate customers? Do you enjoy giving the bare minimum? Are you unfriendly and unsmiling? Do you hate life and have a general poor attitude? Do you enjoy hanging up on customers and being a general snot? Is going the extra mile foreign to you? Then do we have the job for you!”
