I went to Budget when my regular corporately connected car rental agency ran out of cars. Using Budget was different, it was new but the guy at the desk made it work!
Then, when my work was done, I left my prescription sunglasses in the car by mistake. Six weeks later I stopped by and asked if by any chance they may have found them. The attendant looked at me a little skeptically but he led me to their lost and found. There they were! I was so excited! Thank you for having a lost and found box and not just tossing stuff! Your car was perfect. Your service was excellent.

“A thumbs up for Richard Fejeran who helped us out when we came by with a car rented in another location, which needed a oilchange and had a broken windshield with a crack that grew for every mile we drove. We had still 1000 miles left of our roadtrip, and were worried and frustrated after trying to get help at the Moab-location where there was no efforts to help at all.
At Grand Junction we had to downgrade to a smaller car due to no SUVs available (which is reason for four and not five stars - but I fully understand that they can not have any car available at all times), but at least Richard tried in a very friendly and serviceminded way to help us out with a new car - after getting no-help-what-so-ever at the Moab location.”

“Dollar in Grand Junction had the best price. However, I almost didn't rent because of the negative Google reviews. However, I did rent and was pleasantly surprised. The rental was arranged several days in advance and I paid in advance the daily rental amount. Taxes and fees were paid when I picked up the SUV. The lady at the rental counter was friendly and professional. She offered but didn't push insurance, gasoline pre-purchase, etc. The vehicle had less than 10,000 miles and was clean and in tiptop shape. My rental lasted 975 miles over nine days. Vehicle return was with same nice lady. There were no surprises and without hesitation, I would rent with them again.”
