Good hotel overall- rooms are spacious and clean. The only downsides to staying here is that there is no breakfast and the rooms reek of that old person smell. The place smells like it used to be a retirement home.

Lovely hotel to stay in. It’s very clean, spacious rooms with kitchens. Dog friendly. Snack bar. Big parking lot.Very good customer service, the young man working the evening of 12/28 was very friendly and happy to help.

Very clean and spacious room. The beds were very comfortable too. Nice little kitchenette for an extended stay but if you're like me and can't cook there's several great restaurants close by, Bostons was my favorite restaurant in that area.

Inexperienced untrained disrespectful front desk check in process possible the worst customer service experience at ANY business I have ever experienced. I spoke with another Hotel rep and expressed my total Dissatisfaction with the whole process and sheer incompetence and they offered me nothing. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they did nothing. I filled out the Company “How was your stay” survey also expressing the horrible experience and Corporate too also ignored my survey and concerns so that leaves us here. I would have given a ZERO if possible. I have been an IHG customer for years and you would think that was worth something. Apparently not.

Needed a place to stay with my 3 dogs. Feel grateful I found this hotel since most places wouldn't allow this many dogs unless it was a super 8 motel. The hotel was extremely nice and it a good location. Was highly impressed

The good thing is this hotel was recently renovated. However, if you are traveling with a toddler like me, don't stay here. There's no crib available. And there's no breakfast which I value a lot when traveling with family.

Nice, updated hotel near plenty of restaurants and close proximity to many other conveniences. The manager, Amy, is so accommodating. My husband and I were in a car accident and we're from out of town. Amy took care of us while we were waiting for a ride back to Utah. We cannot thank her enough. She went above and beyond, and we are so grateful!

Very over priced!!!! Nice rooms, pet friendly, but they are priced as if they have wonderful amenities and they don’t! Their WiFi doesn’t even work most of the time. ??♀️Food & drinks: They offer high priced items in a mini store.

I literally didn't want to leave. Great place, awesome staff. I was on the road for a long time and this hotel made me feel the SAFEST I have felt during my whole trip. Accommodations where dope because I have weird tendencies. I m for sure going back even if I have to go out of my way. Only stayed for 3 nights but my stay literally had me thinking about moving there.

The hotel and service were okay, but we left our sunglasses(Ray-Ban's) in the room and called to let them know we would pick them up and they were gone. 100% sure they were there, but can't prove it. Asked for the GM to call us and she did not! Shady... no pun intended.

I was very happy after arriving to find an immaculate clean queen size suite with two beds , kitchen fully stocked a full sized refrigerator freezer a dishwasher , friendly staff , dogs are allowed , the peace and quiet is priceless , safe secure area. I was hoping for at least a nice bed but the overall experience has been much more than I expected!! 24 hour onsite gym , mins away from colorado monument, walking distance to a brand new theater !! What more could you want in the grand valley !!?

Went on a 5 day road trip and this was the nicest hotel we stayed in. Only time the a/c was turned on before our arrival. Free laundry room was amazing too! There were items to purchase (based on honesty policy). Love that!

Disgusting and dirty. First, check in at the front desk behind a metal window.. come on now. It didn't even feel safe inn the parking lot. Then we got to the room.. needless to say, after pulling down the sheets and finding dirt, was not so good! Should have brought my own vacuum., But then I'm on vacation. We've been to more than several hotels in the area as we go to Grand Junction allot, on the outside of the hotel the building looks nice... Just don't sleep here.
