Kendall Rapp was phenomenal to work with! She has a fantastic personality and was a joy to be around. You can tell she has a lot of experience, knows what she is doing, and most importantly she truly cares about her clients. She walked us through every step of the process, kept us up to date, and always knew or sought answers to our questions. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and on top of it. We felt in such good hands with her! Her guidance and help were very much appreciated. We purchased from a rather difficult seller and Kendall was such an amazing advocate for us. She supported us and fought for what was right when things got messy and the seller became unreasonable… and she did it all with so much grace. If you’re looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients it’s definitely Kendall! We could not have had a better realtor for this process. I cannot say enough amazing things about her or recommend her highly enough!

Tyler and team was exceptional during the sale of a grand junction property. While I remained with my family on the east coast, they took care of everything from arranging cleaning, repairs, and photos, all the way to the closing.
