Every time I've gotten help from a guy in there, they were lost and asked other employees. Every woman that's helped me has been knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful.

Very helpful staff. Shoe department is unique because you can buy a set of shoes and return if not happy with fit up to 2 weeks out. Great people there and great prices!

Excellent service!! The gentleman that helped us was great!! He took us to exactly what we needed, and we had everything we went in for in less than 20 minutes!! I would highly recommend this store over the other big competitors (who had very little staff around, and no one willing to help). Big 5 is awesome!!
