DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE. DO NOT GO TO TIANA. They will play in your face and let you leave looking like this. The salon manager Donnann "managed" to make the situation even worse, by starting off the conversation saying that id be barred from using Ulta salon services if I got a refund before I could even explain the situation, and then it was an argument the whole way through. Just that conversation felt like an uphill battle, when it could have been a simple solution of an apology and me going back in to get it fixed. Her combative nature turned me off of ever wanting to get my hair done with Ulta again anyways. Also, on the app, I went through and saw that Tiana wasn't even qualified to be doing the services I wanted, so why would someone let her do my hair? The silver lining however is Zane seems to be a good hairstylist. I hope he can get out of this terrible salon and get the recognition he deserves.

I was treated like a second class citizen because I chose not to provide my phone number today. This little snippy ( Long blond hair, no make-up) missy needs to read guidelines on how to treat customers! She was downright rude and condescending ! You just lost a customer today!!

Racheal did an amazing job both teaching me about the best brow look/shape for my face as well as the best products to apply. Mapped, waxed, tinted and partial lamination. Highly recommend her services, very great experience!

Nice selection of products but very pushy for my phone number during purchase. I politely said 'no thank you' when asked for phone number and told I would be 'hard pressed' to do a return even with a receipt. I would beware of give out your phone number as clearly it is being used for marketing.

Rachel is hands down the best brow girl! She took my blonde bare brows and turned them into lushishly beautiful filled light brown brows to help fill in my face and bring out my facial features! She also educates you on how to fill them in keeping them looking fresh and filled until your next visit! Plus she is a sweet heart and super down to earth! I highly recommend her!
