“This is already my go-to store for weird size bulbs and batteries, but today, they just went over the top. Four months ago, we bought a car battery for our truck (which was, by the way, significantly cheaper than other places). We hadn't used the truck in a couple weeks. This morning, dead battery. We jumped the truck and took it in to see about the battery warranty. The store tested our battery - discharged, but good, checked all our connections, and determined that that was where the problem lay. They cleaned our connections; GAVE US A LOANER BATTERY FOR THE DAY so that we could still do the things we needed to do with our truck today; and took our battery in to charge it up for us overnight. Tomorrow, we will go back and exchange the loaner battery for ours, and they will install it for us. All of this is at no charge. This was already my bulb and battery store - it is now my car battery store. Great place to do business!”

“Brenda, the assistant manager was extremely helpful. I needed a retainer clip for the inside of my passenger door on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. She was very helpful and spent 30 minutes assisting me. I definitely recommend North Ave O'Reilly's. Auto Zone was not helpful at all”
“Austin and Terran (Spelling?) are amazing. I went and got a part from them, that was crucial to repair before out trip in 36hours, when i got home and got it installed, realized that the new part required a shorter bolt that should have been in the box. I called them 25min until they closed, they realized it was supposed to have included the part, told me to start driving to their store while one of them drove to a different store to get the correct part with the correct bolt. They stayed open late while we waited on the new part to arrive and I could not be more grateful. They made an already stressful time, much better by going well above and beyond what normal customer service would do. They are great employees and have more than earned my business.”
