I came into this location on Tuesday (1/17/23) to purchase a charger as I didn't have one and my daughter was soon being flown from St. Mary's to Salt Lake City so she could be in the pediatric intensive care unit.When I came, I explained to the guy working what kind of charger I needed (lightning to USB), he proceeded to ask me questions in a very condescending way, speaking to me slowly asking if I needed the "fat end (USB) or skinny end (USB-C)". I told him I didn't need a USB-C, and reiterated that I needed a USB. He then went on to say that "some people just need to be sure".... I'm an IT professional. I know the difference in a USB or USB-C. I'm not sure if he was speaking to me in that way because I looked a little run down (my infant was in the hospital and it was an emergency situation) or if it's because I am a woman. Either way, whoever that employee is, I hope you take a moment to reflect on how you talk to people, and presume when someone comes in asking for a charger with specific cable connectors, you just sell them it without assumption.I can appreciate you wanting the customer to be sure, but I repetitively told you I specifically needed a lighting to USB, and you went on to still question me. I did not appreciate it at all.

Sent to this store by Geek Squad to finish i14 Max upgrade. Was met at the door by Juan Contreras. He listened to us and then took over. Told us what he was going to do and when it would be done. Even suggested where we could go get lunch. The work was done perfectly and ready on time. Best experience ever in a phone store. Enthusiastic and professional young man. It is 45 minutes farther than another store but we will make the drive. ***** stars.

Between my husband and I we went to visit this store a total of 3 times. Each time we were helped by the same employee, Juan. The first time was an hour long fact finding mission in which Juan figured out that we could get a substantial discount on our bill if we switched primary account holders. The second time we spent almost 45min getting our accounts switched over and getting new phones, and the last time getting a separate account cancelled. Each time Juan was kind, welcoming, and extremely hard working and knowledgeable! He is usually the only one working in the store and does a great job of staying organized and not getting overwhelmed, even when it's closing time and he has a line of 3-4 customers left to see! This man deserves a raise! He's doing AT&T proud!

Seriously the BEST customer service. It was a long trip for us because I had made some mistakes ordering some things. Probably spent a total of 4 1/2 hours there. The entire time we worked with Juan and Alex, they were attentive and very patient and walked us through EVERYTHING. Seriously had a great time. These guys definitely deserve some recognition for the amazing work they do. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

This man, Juan Contreras. His new middle name should be GOAT BECAUSE THIS MAN IS THE G.O.A.T. He literally stayed after hours to help me out. He was very charismatic, and very helpful when I had questions about the process. I felt like I fully understood what was going on every step of the way. Abigail C rocks!! She lowered my bill w a new plan (by a lot!!). I now get 5G..why is it that 6 & 50 couldn't do this in my last 2 visits? Thanks Abigail I might just stay w AT&T. I know I will stay w 12th street store!@
