I received charges that were not identified and no one from Apria could explain . They have continued to hound me for this $29 charge but refuse to tell me specifically, what the charge is for.

Not sure at all, why they have so few stars. Let me tell you after calling every other cpap. Supplier in the Grand Valley, they were the only ones who helped us in 1 day. We were able to submit the prescription, and the cpap machine has already been ordered after approval from insurance. That fast do not go anywhere else. Barb at apria will take care of you.They are absolutely amazing.

I agree with those who said that customer care does not exist. Hours on the phone and the web site is impossible to get into. I just called and got the message to pres 1. It asks for my zip code. Then it disconnects. Just happened three times. Once I got a message that I was identified as scam and refused my call. Horrible, horible, horible. Maybe peopeol are different, but I don't have time to repeatedly call to get my resupply.

Apria has had its problems in the past. But if Mike, the new manager at the Grand Junction Appia is any indication of what apria doing these days? I would give them a 4 star rating. He's doing a great job and look forward to his continued success at bringing great service to the Grand Valley.

Not what I expected. I felt like I walked into a storage type facility. I had some questions regarding the set up process and felt like I didn’t belong there so I got a T for my oxygen hose hookup and left. If this company expects everyone to read and follow the directions without questions they are mistaken. For a first time user I wanted to get it right the first time. I still have questions but won’t waste anyone’s time.

There is no help setting up the CPAP unit. They send it with instructions. I called to get help but their therapist were all out of town. I got help from a friend that had a CPAP unit.. Never got a call back from the company.

My CPap machine came packaged securely. It is easy to use and there is a carrying case for when I travel. The machine is whisper quiet and automatic, I don't have to press any buttons, just put the head gear on and it turns on automatically! I love it and it shows you stats from you night of sleep.

Had to go to old address to get ups package, as it was sent to old address. Apria had my new address only. They did not have my old address. So….how did my package end up at my old address, which Apria did not have?.? What did UPS do.!!! 2hours of my time to retrieve package.

We have been a customer for a few years now. I have called several times and left messages and talked to a person once to order supplies. We haven't received anything. I've left five messages over the past 6 weeks. It is startling the lack of customer service.

Have been waiting 3 hrs for a portable tank to leave the hospital. Nurse called to see when the tank would be delivered and told there was no ETA. Had to call another O2 company for delivery. Sad.
