Amanda is wonderful! I was on her radar for FIVE YEARS while I dithered and couldn't make up my mind and had random questions. She was super patient with me, went at the pace I was comfortable with, and was super supportive and informative when I needed it. At last the time came to buy and she helped me zip through the process, answering lots of basic questions along the way and still being incredibly patient at explaining every little thing to me. She is a wonderful person and wonderful agent; as a scared first-time buyer, I wholeheartedly recommend her.

We purchased a home site from Amanda... Originally had contacted her on a different listing. She provided a list of builders at my request who, ironically enough, talked me out of building on that site... Fast forward 2 months later, I find another site that she worked with us on.. She gave first class service, on what was probably not a huge money-maker for her (it was a relatively small land sale, not a 700K home in Redlands).
She knows the market and has an extensive contact list of good folks who give unbiased advice...

Amanda has been nothing short of amazing as our realtor! We've found her to be honest, hardworking, reliable, and kind. It always seems like she is fighting to get us into the best home for our current situation. Amanda is amazing! She is meticulous about making sure listings are accurate, and pre inspecting to ensure anything that needs to be addressed occurs. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get ahold of her in reference to questions on listings, legalities, and her view of the current market. She is simply the best agent i have ever used and will gladly use her again in the future.
