I only ever see one employee working and actually doing things , it seems extremely short staffed…I come in quite frequently and notice the same young kind always doing things and keeping up with the customers where as if I go in at a time the “manager” is working, there’s been numerous times I have to wait at the counter for him to finish a conversation outside, standing around, etc. Very strange dynamic to witness and I hope this store hires more people soon!!

I've been frequenting this store for 22 years as I live close by. Here recently in the last 2 or 3 years they have gone to pot!!. Always out of my brand of cigarettes so I changed brands to no avail. Also they must only stock 3 pints of milk, ive gone in on weekends. Weekdays to buy milk for my grand kids to eat some cereal for breakfast and thier always out. I'm done, I'll make the trip down to the next convenient store for my needs from here on out

I have been going to this store for 20 years. I'm 60 years old and I look 60. Why do they keep carding me. I can see it if I look young but this is unreal. Taking my business someplace else. The employees are not to nice and the store has really gone downhill.

Manager is a mean old grump. New guys always have head phones in. Bad customer service. Fountain drinks are nasty found black stuff in my cup. Management there has no customer service skill. And employees lack at their job cause manager doesn't train right always seems they call managment for all little issues waited 15 mins for a manager to say I could have a refund on a bad soda. Refuse to go back

I come to this store frequently, even going out of my way when other options are available nearby due to the unmatched customer service I receive from it. Hiring Clay has been a big determining factor in this as he consistently displays a pleasant attitude and a good sense of humor while helping customers. I've seen some customers who come in with unreasonable demands and expectations and not once has that deterred the staff that I've encountered from engaging politely and courteously. Although some of the equipment, like the counter in the store has been around since I was a kid; the bathrooms are always clean, the store never has an offensive odor and the floors appear to be mopped regularly. Somehow, even the cups/lids/straws are consistently shelved to avoid awkward encounters asking for assistance.
