I moved from Utah to Colorado. Movers were super professional and friendly. They handled everything with care and precision. I would highly recommend and use them again. They definitely took the stress out of moving.

Terrible experience! Furniture and belongings were poorly packed and loaded. So much damage! Several pieces had gauges and chunks missing. Also a "missing" table! How does that happen when we watched the table being wrapped and loaded onto the truck. There was no storage stop. Everything was filthy dirty including the blankets that wrapped the furniture. My gutter was smashed from their ramp. Tape residue all over the floors. Upon arrival they also stacked the boxes so that they were unstable and the heavy boxes were often at the top of a stack. Boxes marked fragile were treated poorly, often placed on their side. The majority of boxes showed obvious damage. Every plastic container was broken and some had tops missing because they weren't wrapped in plastic as I was told they would be. The only good thing about them was the office liason, Lindsey, and one of the packers, Linda. We'll see how they handle my claim and if it is extraordinary I'll come back and edit my review.

Communication between the dispatch, driver and movers was the best ever. The in house inspection was reliable for pricing. Really liked the fact that the price didn't change at the end!

Driver was communicative and all of my belongings were delivered to my new place in a safe and timely matter. However, the consultant and coordinator were less helpful.I knew more about my shipment than my coordinator did throughout the process, and they also wasted my time by giving me bad information about the availability of extra boxes in their warehouse. It was a disappointing customer service experience.

Driver was great and Bailey’s were good. It took longer to get our stuff then was stated.

They checked in every day. They were fast and efficient at my loading and unloading my goods. Each of items organized and labeled inventoried for great tracking of my goods. They were on time.

The website says to input your info for a quote online. After you do, they provide NO QUOTE and then call you repeatedly. Don’t promise a quote as a lie to get peoples info.

Our house was packed up in a chaotic and rushed manner and with poor use of packing materials. Delivery was delayed from initial e-mailed expectation, followed by the worst customer service experience. Upon delivery, more things were broken and damaged than I expected from professional movers and because of the chaotic and poorly organized packing process, unpacking has been a prolonged and frustrating task. This was our third interstate move and by far, the worst experience.
