One star is too many. It is anathema to me that this company hasn’t been investigated and charged with fraud. Charging exorbitant fees for intermittent, unreliable service that never approaches the speeds advertised and directed at those who have no other option. Predatory would best describe their business model. With conduit being laid for cable/fiber-optic, it is my hope this company will soon fold. Avoid at all costs.

Piss poor service and slow speeds (8mbps), rating less than one star. I asked to cancel my service and without any correspondence of if my service was cancelled or not, they sent techs to my home to remove the dish. They trespassed on my property and roof, without permission and no one home, to remove just the dish (that was on my home when I bought it) leaving me with all the cables and stand sticking out of my roof unsealed.

Your service has gotten HORRIBLE. I used to recommend you. Not so much now. Internet is so slow I use my phone and turn off WIFI. Watching a TV program is almost impossible. What has happened to your service?????? People are moving to other companies. With what we (and others) pay you should be able to fix the problems.

Adaptive Internet Connection is less than average it’s below it, with constant outages weekly (at least once per week) and failure to communicate with customers is beyond annoying. Sure you get faster speeds but that doesn’t really matter when your home wifi isn’t connected properly consistently. As a student it’s very annoying when you can’t work from home on homework especially when internet access is highly needed.

I understand there were issues beyond your control, very frustrating when you send out an email that issues have been corrected when we still are without on day three. Your phones are back up but on one available to help because it is the weekend. I understand people need days off but when you have something this big going above and beyond is expected. I rely on this for my business

So grateful to have another option for internet that is locally owned. The service is fast AND affordable. There are no hidden fees or sales people trying to upgrade you to something more expensive. Very kind people and great customer service. I would highly recommend.

I have had two other internet companys and Adaptive is by far my favorite. They are there for you, if lines are down you get an email or fb notification. Customer Service by phone is awesome. Don't have to press 1 for whatever. Someone actually answers the phone and is quite pleasant. Set price. only went up $5.00 in quite a few years I have been with them. I highly recommend Adaptive Internet. Gena Rose

Been using this internet provider for years and I been happy with their service.. I gave them a 3 star for one reason and its because when I had issues with their service or when its down in the evenings and nights there is no one to help you till the next morning kinda ruins some family nights

Service is out again! Same time last year. Memorial weekend. They are closed and only get a phone tree that goes nowhere! Terrible reliability!

I tried to get services from here but all they wanted to do was talk to my grandmother. NOT sure why or what they want with her but the guy seemed creepy enough for me to leave a review. I've checked out reviews from the past and it seemed like they were talking about other customers grandmothers too. Not sure if its a scam or not but wouldn't recommend contacting them. Im going to be spreading awareness for customers to protect their grandmothers. #ProtectGrandmothersFromScams #CyberAwareness

My internet & phones were down for 2 weeks. I was so patient until the pointing fingers that was not their issue it was somebody's else's issue. Tracy (the owner) kept saying, we went over & beyond to help me out. Nothing was fixed. Lost my patience when I was told they won't be out until the following week. 3 weeks down for a company is not acceptable! Darren (Tech) only knows the installation not troubleshooting. I went with another internet company to find out that Adaptive would not admit they had an issue. I now have great & fast internet with very knowledgeable and caring company.

Your response to my original post is why I chose to not do business with your company. Your defense is offensive and I hope people can see that. You left a few things out Gwen. I was called two days after installation and harrassed and told my service would be disconnected without ever receiving a bill. If you want to be disrespected this is the place for you! Check out other reviews about Gwen and there is a pattern. I have wasted enough of my time on bantering with Gwen.We all deserve better. I recommend you find another company.

I live in a very rural area and have called just about every internet provider out there just to be denied because of location. If by chance they did service my area it was by satellite and quite expensive. Adaptive internet not only provided my with internet service to my home, I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the price I am paying for really great internet!
