Great service, friendly people. They had people at our house in 15 min and we were hooked up in an hour.

Your service has gotten HORRIBLE. I used to recommend you. Not so much now. Internet is so slow I use my phone and turn off WIFI. Watching a TV program is almost impossible. What has happened to your service?????? People are moving to other companies. With what we (and others) pay you should be able to fix the problems.
