I enjoyed working out here, and my personal trainer was amazing. I relocated and changed gyms. I fulfilled my one year commitment to 970, and realized I was still getting billed. So I called to cancel my membership. I was told I could not do it over the phone, so I drove in shortly after I called. I was then BILLED AGAIN because there is a 30 day notice. I have ALREADY TURNED IN MY KEY FAB!!!! How can I be billed again when I can’t even access the gym???? Loved my trainer and working out there, but that’s bad business!!

Body builder paradise ??❤️??Very clean and everyone was friendly.Krystin , one of the trainers ,was very kind and professional with how she welcomed me, it was warm and kind to say the least.The gym is well equipped and has some unique pieces of equipment that I’d haven’t seen in my day going to nation wide gyms.Definitely coming back here next time I’m town

The staff that work at this establishment are rude, disrespectful, and very clique. I have been trying to get my membership renewed for about a month and have been in there several times giving them my card information and there is still a “problem”with their system . The staff swears at customers and assume guilt onto others with no proof or explanation. I would recommend everyone to not support their business.

Great facility with everything you could want. Indoor/outdoor training options which is phenomenal. 24/7/365 access. Never had more than four people in there with me at one time (I go at off hours though).

I have never been to a gym that was more comfortable and inclusive than 970Muscle. I usually feel very intimated working out around other people, but this gym is so different because everyone is warm and welcoming no matter your strength and ability. Liz and Matt are stellar trainers, and they have given me the confidence I need to build strength and endurance. If your looking for a community or family atmosphere, 970Muscle is definitely the place to workout.
