Added one star as they've returned to more normal operations and hours. Generally only use the drive thru for cash deposits. The majority of transactions are done online including check deposits, Billpay and Zelle transfers.

Inconsistent customer service. During Covid19 the lobby was closed, understandable, however drive thru hours were reduced as well making it nearly impossible to bank if you worked days.
Been a customer here for 10+ years and have seen nice friendly staff and gruff staff as well.
Thankfully I do most of my banking online so interaction is not very frequent.”
