I went in last week and this gentleman (Andres, I think) was so kind. He answered my question in regards about opening a new account. Very professional.

This branch is a joke. Always a long line and never enough staff. Totally incompetent. Today they claimed to be too busy to notarize something for a long time customer.

This morning I was waiting in my car outside Wells Fargo Bank until it's open at 9 One of the bankers took her phone and took a picture or a video of me and my car as if I was threat to WF . I find it disrespectful to me and my long relationship with WFB as a client for many many years. Shame ‼
