“I drove down from Summit County in hopes of finding someone who could help me with a transmission/drivetrain issue. Made 10 + calls to multiple shops. Everyone was 2-weeks out to even look at my problem.I got ahold of Tom by chance. He said to bring the truck by and he would take a drive with me.We took the drive, Tom immediately suspected what the problem was.Pulled the truck in, changed out the parts (that he had in stock)I was a bit frightened to see the bill!When he gave it to me, I was in shock,I was expecting at least double what he charged me. He said he found some other things needing attention, I told him to please proceed.
