Great facility with a HUGE amount of space with welcoming coaches and awesome people. And every punishing run workout has North Table in the background so that’s always a plus. Oh and there is beer next door, what more do you want?

My daughter really enjoys Trailhead CrossFit kids program. “It’s challenging in a good way” she says, and has learned new lifetime fitness skills which gives her a strong foundation in physical fitness.
