Communication was amazing and the service was fast. They even had a place for my wife work during the service and they let my dog hangout in the shop too. I’ll for sure be coming back for any van upgrades/ service needed.

I've never been to a place like this that services recreational vans. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff, especially Caroline, was exceptional. All were knowledgable, helpful, and the price was fair. Definitely would recommend and when I need service, I'll go to them.

I had Tourig install a Quigley lift kit on my Transit van. The overall experience was great. Really good communication from them, the service was great, all the people in the shop were friendly and helpful. One of the service techs discovered that one of the seals on the front axle was leaking. He sent a photo and replaced the seal at no extra charge. I was curious if the handling of the van would change with the lift kit installed and was pleasantly surprised that the van handled noticeably better in high winds after the install, likely due to the upgraded shocks. All in all, I'm very happy with my experience there and highly recommend this shop.

Great experience with TOURIG putting new tires on my trailer today. There were some hurdles that needed to be overcome, but Ian (shop manager) was steadfast in finding a solution to get the job done. Their team is incredibly friendly and they take care of their customers. Keep it rollin’!

The experience was first class! Greeted at the door, escorted to comfortable waiting area. I was updated by a tech of an unknown issue and the work was completed earlier than expected. This is a vendor I will continue to frequent for Revel!

I love my van, named Floyd! Tourig did a great job. The build was exactly to my specifications. Eric and Grace worked spent a lot of time designing the van, and Paul and his crew built it very. Tourig fixed the few minor issues immediately, and they upgraded the items I missed in spite of their busy schedule. I would highly recommend this company to any prospective Sprinter enthusiast.

Tourig replaced our D2 heater recently. They were wonderful to work with. The whole process was very streamlined and efficient. You really get the sense that they go out of their way to save you money and provide the best service possible.
