Would definitely recommend - had slab foam injection performed and exterior foundation drain installed. On-time, quality, professional work performed by foam injection team and drain install team (Salvador, Sergio, and Jose). They were always happy to answer questions in detail.

UPDATE 2: I won the court case against Robert but he refuses to pay unless I take down my negative review. He's also threatening to sue me for other negative reviews that he thinks are mine. Is this the type of person you want to hire? (See attached image)
I learned after working with this company that Robert's previous company was closed down, for whatever reason, which operated under the name "Construction Services LLC" Be sure to look up that company's reviews before considering working with this company.
I'll provide my experience with this company, which was an absolute nightmare:
I believe Robert to be a present-day conman. He has been sued multiple times for actions directly related to his construction business practices. Just look him up. And I was forced to take him to court as well.
So much went wrong with this relatively straightforward project. I handed him an engineer’s design and asked that he build it.
At first interaction, this man will assure you that he has 40 years of experience and talk up his accomplishments. Don’t believe any of it. Once you give him the deposit for a project, he will start very quickly. After the work has been started, he will postpone work and ignore attempts to schedule work for months. Just look at the other reviewers’ complaints.
He quoted us for permitting the work done for basement repair and assured us that it was going smoothly - only for us to find out that he never pulled a permit for the work! 2 months after starting, the city found out (thankfully) and put a stop work order on the property until the proper paperwork was filed. We later learned that this man does not even have an active contracting license as he assured us that he did several times. 2 additional months later and someone else’s license on the permit, it’s finally been resolved and we are left cleaning up the mess he left behind.
When the permit situation was finally resolved, he asked me what I thought was “fair for the remaining balance", so I asked that he compensate us for lost rent due to the house being vacant for two months as a direct result of misleading us on the permit situation. He replied telling me he had to consult his attorney to determine if he is liable for my request.

Robert and his team were great to work with!! When our residential basement flooding continued, it was time to call in the Big Dogs. After several bids and visits from structural engineers, we went with Structural Solutions of Denver for an interior perimeter drain and sump, and external sump and curtain drain. The thing that sets them apart from the rest is their full service suit of solutions. The other guys said we'd need to contract with multiple individual contractors for plumbing, drywall, electrician, etc, etc, etc. Robert and Co does it all! They saw it all the way through to the very end and did so with a smile. Thanks gang!

Rob, the owner of Structural Solutions of Denver, LLC was very thorough in the explanation of our encapsulation of a crawl space. He ensured us the foundation was very solid and no other problems had to be solved except for the encapsulation. Rob sent his team (Salvador, Sergio and Jose' ) to do the work. This team was very professional, on time, polite, respectful of the property and appreciated the chance to do the work. When I think of team concept, there is no other team that I have been associated with that worked so well and efficient together. The team of Salvador, Sergio and Jose' did an outstanding job and it shows everywhere in the crawl space, the quality of work that they do. They did an excellent job in their clean up work; bagged and removed the old insulation without leaving insulation all over the walkway and crawl space. This team worked approximately 12 hours each day. They worked tirelessly, very fast, joyful and willing to explain any questions/concerns that I had. Once again, to Rob and his team Salvador, Sergio and Jose' I can not thank you enough for the wonderful job that you did on the encapsulation on my duplex. I do so few reviews because most of the jobs, do not turn out like this one did. Look forward to working with Rob and his teams in the future. Thanks, William

The entire crew was very polite, professional, and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe.
Travis came out to assess the project and made follow up visits ahead of the contract to fully answer our questions. He was very patient as this was a project requiring 21 piers affecting our home and three connected decks, as well as a new sump pump that ties into our radon system, and we had lots of questions. It was a necessary investment in our property for its value and safety, so we had a lot of nerves about it.
We had only two surprises on this large project. Our decks needed piers but the crew noticed the previous deck builder didn’t put in caissons adequately (very shallow, about 18 inches to support a section with a large hot tub), so this team worked extra hours to pour new caissons to go over the piers, plus a caisson that wasn’t getting a pier and wasn’t part of the original bid, but there was no extra charge for that. The other surprise was that the home builder hadn’t made the foundation deep enough in one area and an additional part was needed to get support deep enough into the ground. We were not charged extra for these unforeseen items. So, these ended up being good surprises in that we incurred no additional costs. It speaks to this team’s integrity and pride in work.
In addition, they provided specialty service for the deck to be rebuilt after the structural work was done. Rather than just having the structural guys reassemble the deck, we had someone dedicated to deck work and the aesthetics of that type of finishing.
We will definitely welcome these guys again when we attack some future projects around the property. Thanks, Denver Structural Solutions!

Robert and his team were nothing short of amazing. From the quotation stage all the way to project completion I was given regular updates, and feedback. I know finding a contractor to do large scale work can be daunting, but Robert and his team really created a comfortable environment and delivered on everything quoted in the job. I cannot recommend Structural Solutions of Denver more!

The job went extremely smooth.
Travis came to my home and did a full inspection before making a recommendations. He explained everything to me very clearly. When they showed up at my home to do the work they were on time and protected my floors. Very respectful. They did what they said they were going to do. The whole process was extremely easy because of this company.

2 years after completing a structural project that involved a bunch of helical piers, the foundation of our home continued to shift. After calling another contractor we were told Rob and his crew did not attach half of the piers to the foundation, which were only drilled into the ground!Rob is not returning any of my calls so I'm stuck having to pay for the project again. Watch this man's work like a hawk!
