This was a quiet place, just east of Breckenridge. We did see a black bear and porcupine while there. We were able to enjoy some peace and quiet in a rather large home. It was well stocked.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Arvada lake house. We love this location! Only about 35 min from the Denver airport. Plenty to do locally, shopping, restaurants and entertainment galore. Did I mention the pool?! Yes you get to have your own private pool with a fenced back yard and room to barbecue or hang out.
Hillary is absolutely amazing and accommodating. Quick to answer calls, text & emails. She has done an amazing job on this house and it has all you need to feel right at home.
As much as I’d like to gate-keep this one I just can’t be that cruel.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and perfect for the amount of guests we had. The hosts were awesome and checked in on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Grand Canyon property located in Bellemont, AZ. It was a beautiful home, very spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations!! Host was very responsive, highly recommend this home!

Clean, beautiful, spacious, fun. We had an absolute BLAST at this house. It has the regular bases covered as well as the little details that make your stay so much more comfortable. Communication was excellent and we felt well cared for. Do yourself a favor and check out Moose Crossing.

Hilary is extremely hard to work with and sends multiple repetitive emails prior to your booking. Our "luxury cabin" in Breckenridge was lacking in working appliances and even had a broken railing that our father almost fell because he used it and it's not attached to the wall. Several appliances including the spa didn't work and the heating through the home is locked on a schedule that plummets the house Temps to 60° every morning even after being set. She refused to refund any of our $5000 that we paid for 3 nights in a home that had so many issues.

Don't book with thus company! They advertise homes at crazy high prices and when you arrive multiple things won't work! Hilary, the owner is so rude and will badger you before and after your rental! Beware of this company and any properties they manage!

Our month stay at the Marshall Depot was wonderful experience! The location close to town but in a quiet area outside of town was very relaxing and safe. Boulder has so much beauty to enjoy, a month almost wasn’t long enough. Hillary and Patrick were very gracious hosts, communication and resolution were always prompt. Our family enjoyed this stay, we are all a little sad to leave and that is a direct reflection of how well we were accommodated! Thanks Patrick and Hillary

Wonderful experience! The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could think of, from espresso machine to extra toiletries. Will definitely be staying with Skye Rentals again!
