Excellent communication and customer service. Paid for a sensor inspection but turned out to be an un calibrated air gauge so was refunded that charge. Honestly and Integrity go a long way. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and will continue to support local. Thank you and Cheers!

I found a nail in my tire yesterday (2/26) it was 4 pm so I went to your shop & talked to Jacob. He was great, I thought it might of been a short nail, he told me I needed a new tire, I mentioned to him to just pull it out to make sure, he did and did the water test.
He came back & said its good! Wow, a man actually listened to a woman! I usually go to your 26/Kipling location but I'm starting to like you peeps better. Thank you for being so great!

I just picked up my Highlander and I am so impressed. The following are areas that are common areas of complaint with auto repair - let me tell you how they did.
Estimate Chat - They gave a total estimate with a breakdown that clearly showed the issues (with video) and then talked about which ones they saw as important and which ones would be a good idea and things on the horizon. The best part, when I didn't choose to do all the work they said "okay" and didn't follow with the typical fear mongering about how my car is going to blow up, brakes fail and go to prison for wrecking into someone because my wiper fluid is low or something.
Timing - They did a LOT of work on my car and were unsure if they could finish it in one day and had a loaner car available and didn't charge for it (not sure if that is always an option or always free). They actually finished the work that day but understood when I couldn't get there and kept the loaner overnight.
Quality of Parts - I made the mistake of trusting some national chain to do my brakes and rotors only a few months ago and they were trashed quickly (not totally due to my brake stomping dances on the highway - but partly). This caused my car to jiggle like a tub of jello down the mountain, bouncing the occupants like they were in a turbulent airplane. The use genuine parts AND offer an incredible warranty despite my Brake dancing.
Payment - They accept so many forms of payment including American express which many places don't anymore. This gave me the flexibility to earn mileage points so the only turbulence I experience will be in a plane and not my Toyota.
Safety - Although I reported my car getting wobbly out of control over 85mph, they didn't want to test drive it at that speed. I respect that type of rule following.
Invoice - They sent a REALLY LONG detailed invoice that let me know the actual costs of the services/parts etc which was super cool instead of the typical expectation that you just pay. LOVE IT.
Coffee - Seriously they will make you a Latte while you wait, they have a cute office area with tables and chairs while you wait.
Trust Building - They thoroughly inspected the vehicle and SENT VIDEO's of the issues. This helped me trust that they were showing actual issues, not just trying to get extra money.
Overall, I am sold on this tiny little auto/coffee with a free loaner jalopy. I recommend you check it out. :)

Jessica and John have been so accommodating and have really brightened my day - my brakes failed while driving so I had called AAA roadside assistance, and there was a mixup with where I wanted to be towed based on the proximity of where my car broke down. AAA brought me here to Automotive Evolution and although they were not able to see my car today, they have been so warm and welcoming while I figure out my next move - I’m not from around here, I live several hours away, so to have a safe and welcoming place such as this to land while I figure out how to get my car towed back home has been a huge relief. If I was from this area, I would absolutely bring my vehicle here for regular servicing based on the service and attention I’ve witnessed them providing as I’ve been in their lobby all this while ?

Place is great. John keeps you informed during the process of your car getting serviced via text. They show pictures and provide an explanation for what they suggest to be repaired, rather than just quoting you thousands of dollars with no explanation why. Will 100% be going back for future car repair needs.

Evolution is fantastic! I have been looking for a reliable mechanic that I can trust to do the work I need done and keep me informed of any changes, I found what I have been looking for in Adam. I've been coming here for years and have always had consistently good service. would recommend this business to anyone. Yesterday I brought my car in for repair on a broken tail light assembly. They went all out trying to find the replacement part and were able to fix it the same day and save me a bundle on a rental car!

First off, I loved the secure pick up/drop off system for after hours! I got a free inspection but ended up not getting any service done. I will be back when I do.
I took my 2011 Chevy Malibu with 190k miles in to get the exhaust manifold gasket repaired, as my family guessed this was the cause of loud noises and a gas smell in the cab. I only wanted to do this safety repair before selling the car that had other, less urgent issues. Unfortunately, my exhaust manifold was completely fine but a spark plug had broken and got inside my engine causing a lot of damage. The mechanic I spoke to (my first time having a female mechanic!) was very knowledgeable and explained all her findings over the phone. She was honest in saying that my car is not worth fixing as I would need a whole new engine. All her information made sense given the symptoms I had been dealing with. My inspection was free, and I will be coming back to this shop when my new car is inevitably in need of work.
