I was a customer at another well known Golden area shop for a decade or more, but their service had plummeted and prices gone ridiculously high. My experience with Powder 7 couldn't have been better. Super friendly, no attitudes or bro vibes, and they mounted both sets of skis I bought in, in just a few hours on a busy day, and at about half the cost of the last place I was going. Will definitely be going here from now on for my ski shop needs.

I've been going to Powder7 for skis in the last couple years, but had my first boot fitting and buying experience. WOW! This was truly excellent service and an amazing experience for me. Sam was exceptional in talking me through the boot fitting experience, what was important, how to really feel what was right for my foot, how to enhance my ski experience through the boot fit. We walked through 3 different boots based on the feedback he was able to tease out of me on the feel of the boot. I was able to really come away confident that the boot I ultimately bought was perfect for me and what I wanted out of a new boot. I highly recommend not only Powder7, but by boot fitter Sam. He knows his stuff. Everything about my experience was superb!

Met with Ben, he explained the differences in the current types of skis and the type if skiing they are best for. I was able to choose and purchase the type of ski that is best for me.

Definitely a really reputable shop. I’ve had three binding mounts (pivots and attacks), a partial remount, and a boot fitting. They made a small mistake mounting a pair of skis once and replaced them with new skis. I’d easily recommend them for any service or purchase.

I don’t leave many reviews but Powder7 is THE place to buy skis. Truly an incredible selection of demos all in great condition, for very reasonable prices. I will be buying all my future skis from Powder7!

I love Powder 7. They have great softly used skis at good prices. Just bought 2 or for my daughter and son-in-law. They will love them and I’ll have fun skiing with them on my P7 skis too!
