“Knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. People writing bad reviews are acting like immature entitled children that don't know how USPS actually operates, seen it far too often when I'm there.”
“Such a nice post office and a great postmaster! She was super helpful, fast and informative! I was 45 minutes early to my passport appointment. Thankfully, she was not busy, and was able to get me in and out in 5 minutes! The postmaster also told me to hold onto my 2nd passport photo just in case god forbid my passport get lost or stolen. This is to make retrieving that passport easy!”
“In the 6 years that I have lived in Morrison, we have only had 2 mail mishaps. Both issues were resolved with in an hour. My most recent issue today was even resolved outside of normal business hours. The gentleman called me back and I had my package in hand by 5:47pm. Thank you for all you do to get our mail delivered!”

I was mailing out my wedding invitations and he took the time to weigh, sort, and double check all of them were good to send putting my mind at ease. He was so friendly and went out of his way to make sure my special invites were safe. Great service and kind team!”
“This location is always properly staffed and has everything you need from a post office. They sell a multitude of stamps, envelopes, stationary items sturdy packaging and much more. NEVER a line when I go in, always friendly people and easy parking.”

Phil was awesome—he helped me ship an international package and he even cut the box for me to make sure it was the correct size and then taped it up and everything. He was super thorough and knew his stuff!! Going to the post office can be a headache but this place was so friendly, I really appreciated it!! I definitely recommend coming to this location.”
“I’ve been here probably 10 times and avoid going to other offices bc I like this one so much. They are kind, quick/manage their line really well. The space is clean and pretty well stocked with packaging materials. They have drop offs you can get to without having to wait in line.”
“the reviews on this place had me terrified to try it (we just moved to this side of town)...but i walked right in, waited 30 seconds for the lady in front of me, spent another maybe minute on my order of a roll of postcard stamps and was on my way. Magnolia was super sweet.”
“I’m dealing with a quite stressful situation regarding a delivery driver and Aaron was able to help me out tremendously. Thanks, Aaron for making a not so nice situation better. I hope there’s more people like you at USPS.”
“In my experience, this USPS was very helpful both areas customer service and passport with an appointmentschedule online .
Dawn, was the best part of our visit , she was friendly, professional, efficient and solved all of our questions and needs .”
“The post office was busy, but the line moved at a pretty good pace. They have passport services available here, and lots of mailing supplies. Postal clerks were friendly and we were able to take care of our business quickly.”
“I'm the fool, I screwed up. I failed to set up any forwarding or stop to service when, due to personal reasons, I was unable to attend to my mailbox. I was later informed that the carrier kept delivering until they could no longer fit anything into the box, they then pulled everything out and left a note that service would be suspended until the recipient (me) confirmed the address was occupied and the box would be attended to. When I was finally able to check the box I was embarrassed at the note. I called this office and they were incredibly understanding and friendly. Service resumed and a few days later I apologized and thanked the carrier in person.
It seems many of these bad reviews are from folks in a rush, people misusing the office property, and misunderstandings of the services the postal service provides. I just want to say that the Golden Post Office goes above and beyond in my experience.”
