We've been to 5 smaller car lots, looking for a car for our daughter. This was by far the most gracious. At one lot, she talked to us through our car window. Two lots let my daughter sit in the car. The worst had us walk around the lot and look at stickers by ourselves.Pop's Auto staff (probably family) greeted us nicely, provided information and also keys. We were invited to test drive the 2 under consideration. We were even invited to take the favorite home for an incapacitated family member to see.What a difference! Likely to buy from Pop's tomorrow.

Pops Auto is the most authentic car dealership out there. The owner and his family are out of this world in their honesty and integrity. They will shock you! This place specializes in buying hail damaged cars, making sure they're up to snuff mechanically, and turning them around. i.e., it's a great opportunity to get into a good vehicle for cheaper than average. Add to this a friendly atmosphere in a cool location and you've got Pop's Auto! I normally steer clear of dealers, but here you can actually find a good deal. I almost walked away with a rebuilt Toyota, but we didn't quite agree on its value.

If I could leave a negative star I would. I called about a wing over the trunk of my truck needing repair. The guy who answered was very nice and to my surprise said he would come over the next day and could bond it which should hold for a while. We were going to the mountains for a week and I didn't want to drive with it half off so I thought that was great. He came and told my husband (bc I was working) that he could bond it for 200 bucks and it would last prob 2 years. He said he would back up his work, we had his number etc. My husband agreed to let him do the bonding. 5 days later the piece fell off again. I contacted him and he said "unbelievable, you'll have to just replace it. Send me his venmo and I'll refund you." Fast forward to today, no refund. I've only waited till now to write this review to give him some time to do the right thing. He went back and forth with me over txt and basiclly blamed my husband for insisting he do the job. I'm pretty sure you're the expert so how he was somehow forced to do a job that he knew would not work is beyond me. Regardless he kept texting that he would send a refund but wanted to be compensated for his time. I had no issue with that and told him to send me $160. That would have left him 60 dollars for coming out. He insisted he "doesn't work for 20 dollars!" Ummm ok 220-160 isn't 20 dollars. He then stopped returning texts and requests thru Venmo to refund us, super professional.I've since paid my deductible and had the part replaced at caliber collision (who were great and did a great job.) I've l chalked this up as a donation to someone maybe needing the money more than me, so god bless, however still SUPER SHADY and dishonest and I'm guessing not the first time he's done this, but don't get taken by this guy, use a legit shop.

With pop's you get a refreshing burst of honesty and integrity, which is hard to find in a car dealer. They're upfront with every detail and don't try to hide it behind a fresh coat of wax. The car I got isn't the prettiest on the road but it's better than others in the price range. I just passed 3k miles and it's still driving wonderfully. 10/10 recommended and I'll probably be back when it's time for a new car.
