I wouldn't trust their 120 point inspection on certified used cars. We ended up returning the car as there were some big issues on the car and not sure how it passed the inspection, even a wrong size tire placed on the car. The staff was great and professional during both transactions of buying and returning. Khai in service was very polite when trying to get the issues resolved before making a decision to return. I highly suggest if buying any used car from here, have another mechanic review the car.

Wanted a CRV, was told to wait, wait, then the shipment was cancelled. Told to wait longer, etc. Communication was not consistent, and seemed dishonest, stringing us along. Very disappointed, given the high ratings. I understand delivery is not within your control, but don't lie.

We were driving from AZ to MN and had some brake problems coming down the mountain right outside of Golden. I quickly found out that Planet Honda was only a couple of miles away. We drove straight there without an appointment and explained the problem we were having, but that we had to get to Nebraska that evening. Khai was amazing and polite and was able to get it over to a service tech (I didn't catch their name) who was able to fix it same day! So grateful for their help in an emergency!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. The appointment scheduling was seamless. I brought my car in for an issue with the brake booster caused by another repair shop. The technician was extremely thorough, and the service representative communicated about every step along the process. While the cost appear to be higher than average, I felt comfortable with the quality of work they dead. I did not complete all the recommended repairs, but I am considering going back when the funds allow. They also provide you with a full inspection that includes videos, pictures and notes from the technician that is sent to your phone after the inspection is completed.The waiting room is fully stocked with coffee, tea and snacks. There is great internet connection in case you need to work remotely. I was very impressed by the professionalism and reliability pretty much every employee there. Thank you for making a stressful experience less stressful.

Dealerships are nicknamed Stealerships because of places like Planet Honda and their rude and aggressive sales managers - particularly Zach Hoy. This is the place to go for hidden fees and aggressive sales tactics.My salesperson Ashley was wonderful and over a few visits and an appraisal ended up putting a deposit down. Once they got my money, Zach Hoy came over to try to take advantage of us by saying they "mandatorily install clear bras on all cars". It was literally dropped on us the moment they got my money.The clear bras they use look like they come from Advance Auto Parts and installed by high schoolers. I explained I don't like the look of the bras and wouldn't buy a car if they added it. They weren't willing to swap the bra for something else and said they "do this for everyone" and "it's our decision what we do with your car".Scumbag Zack cost his very talented and professional salesperson Ashley a deal over his ego and insistence to install an unwanted, low quality, and ugly aftermarket part. They wasted multiple hours over two visits. I will never buy a vehicle from this group and hope you don't either.

The service I scheduled for my car was to fix the outside handle, and put the inner door panel back on. I scheduled this appointment as a result of someone trying to break into my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, the panel was not put back on. They completely forgot to do it. They eventually got it sorted out and I was on my way. Once I got home I noticed there was a handle part on the inner door panel that was missing. I don't know, I expected to have my car ready when I got there at least.

I just purchased a 2023 Honda CRV (hybrid touring) from Planet Honda, and my experience was completely positive. I was so grateful to work with Nikolas who was a phenomenal rep. He was extremely responsive and answered my questions quickly and with the exact level of info that I needed. His answers were consistent across time, and he surprisingly remembered details of our prior conversations (such as amount I wanted to finance or my unusual prefs for the vehicle, etc). I was clearly not just a customer to him but a specific individual. He kept me updated about the status of my vehicle and was very patient and convincingly (yet realistically) reassuring whenever I would panic about possible delivery delays. In dealing with other staff at Planet Honda, I felt that everyone was quite personable and very straightforward with me. The dealership seems to pride itself on being an ethical business and that was certainly the impression that I got.

I was lucky enough to work with Nikolas during my recent purchase of a Honda HRV 2023. Nikolas was constantly updating me on the status of my order and was incredibly kind and helpful! My experience with him was one of the easiest, most seamless ones when purchasing a car and I am so thankful for him! Nikolas even sent videos to make the process more transparent. When picking up my car today, I could not have imagined an easier process. Would recommend Nikolas as a salesperson to anyone looking for a new car!
