Drove away today very pleased after the best car buying experience of my life. The dealership doesn’t bargain or haggle—the price is the price, which was a big green flag for me.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like I could trust my salesperson (Liam—shoutout!). I definitely got the vibe he wanted to help me, and I didn’t feel any pressure. He said they’re salaried, not commissioned, and it came through in the buying experience.
Just to be safe, because I was buying used, I took the car right after purchasing to a trusted mechanic and he couldn’t find any issues. The car was clean, and they did a great job screening it before selling.
I’m stoked with my new car, and I hope Liam gets a raise!!

She took the time to review all my options and helped me find the perfect car that fit my budget. Her knowledge and patience were invaluable, and she answered all my questions with clarity and care. We had a great experience working with Planet Honda to buy our 2024 Accord Hybrid. Roland, our sales person, responded quickly to all of my questions via phone, email and text. They were very upfront about the price of the car. Overall, this was a great car buying experience. We will definitely work with Planet Honda in the future.

My CRV-HYBRID lease was coming due. I was interested in EVs, PHEVs or another CRV-Hybrid. I checked competitors in depth. With the incentives and the fair treatment on my CRV return, by far the best deal was for a Planet Honda Prologue EV. Chad Hicken worked with us as we crunched numbers and considered the whole market. Planet was best. We leased a new Prologue from Planet for a great price.

I first looked on line and made an appointment to visit and test driver the vehicle and was given a name of a sales person. When I arrived those that greeted me were unaware of my appointment. Once the communication was cleared up I got a sales person who was very accommodating and took me for a spin in the vehicle of interest. I eventually chose a 2024 Passport. I needed a day to move money so I put down a deposit. My salesperson wasn’t supposed to work the next day but I wasn’t open to working with another person. So he came in and we closed the deal. I have owned a Honda Crosstour for 14 years and have been very pleased. It has 201550 miles on it and runs like a champ. This the third Honda we’ve owned so I expect we will get many years and miles from our new Passport. It is dang pretty and great to drive. Love it!
