Customers please beware: If you go to Dumb Friends League for your dogs rabies vaccination, the staff will not accept the verification receipt. My dogs due date was 4/20/24 (which they have verification for in their computer system from past grooming appointments) had shots done 6/15/24 at dumb friends league. I asked for an extra email showing she had her rabies shot concerned that there would be problems with the staff prior. Ironically, the employees claimed both recipients as invalid because I could have written on it. They also stay they went above and beyond to verify rabies shot by calling the clinic, like it wasn’t their job. . And how they look at hundreds of vaccinations everyday. Must be a very busy place if that was even true.. Dumb Friends league does see hundreds a dogs a day. No comparison. When I tried to explain myself I was constantly interrupted so I asked kindly asked to speak my concerns without interruption. Suddenly the groomer, who barely said a word, wasn’t feeling comfortable grooming my dog and wanted to reschedule. The place was completely dead and these two employees would rather be passive aggressive towards their customers than do their job. Hopefully management can review cameras. I left in tears. I had all the proper documentation, with extra confirmation, and they wanted to act like it was fraud. Due date for rabies was 4/20/24 already in their computer from prior appointments. Confirming a rabies shot 3 different ways is outrageous. If your elderly, or going through a difficult times, please go somewhere else as these two employees ego may get in their way. They chose to deny me service because I was confused on how I was being treated as they confirmed the rabies shot. Not allowed to ask questions here. They will talk over you and take offense when asked to keep it professional.

The entirety of the staff here are amazing and on point. Actuall pet and animal lovers with legitimate knowledge to help you! Especially Ellie! She's so sweet and helpful, very easy experience getting items for my animals in a fast and informative manner.

The associates were very helpful and courteous. They showed me where everything was and knew the answers to my questions. They paid special attention to our new dog that had just been picked up from the shelter.

We go to this particular store bcuz the manager is great.
I'm a reward member for my pets and get rewards cpns rebates freebies
The other stores are useless when the 800# screws up and usually it's monthly
So this mgr used to b at our local store then moved to this store
Well this particular day he wasn't working the acting mgr stated she couldn't do anything or knew what I was talking about
Like I said it's far away so it wasn't like I could put all the food bags away and return another day
We didn't get our free bag of food from the app
$80. Even after I told her how he did it
We didn't get the discount off the other food bags 10pct rewards
She refused to apply my rewards to my purchase that were and weren't loaded
The line was building, only 1 person working register I had 2 lils with me was a disaster
Won't return unless I know for sure he is working
I spend a ton of money on the rewards membership

My pets are constantly at Petco from vaccinations grooming purchases etc...
